DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE A WOMAN LOOKING TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED. This business will take advantage of you and will triple charge you just because they want a quick buck. They triple charged someone I know for a part that is only worth $40 per piece. They should be ashamed of themselves and I hope no woman should have to go through this ever again. Save yourself some time and support a local honest mechanic who won't screw you over!!!

Took my car to a different shop due to my transmission fluid leaking - found that it was due to this Big O Tires location not replacing my CV axle properly which caused the leak. I bet this location is good for replacing tires and making oil changes, but seems like they'll rush a job if they need to. Came here for a long time, won't be coming back :(

Fernando Quiroz,Raul Pedroza and Juvenal Velasquez were very friendly, knowledgeable and taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Affordable prices and incredible quality. I needed to replaced all four tires on my car. I'd received three quotes from other places with exorbitant prices. Fernando gave me afforable price for the same quality of tires. Highly recommend it.

They refused to fix a tire that I had bought from them under Big O Tires warranty policy. They refused to acknowledge that the tire is still in good condition except for a screw in the middle threads not near the edge.
I went to another tire store down the road and they confirmed the tire can be fixed and they did.

The most helpful shop around! I got a flat on the freeway so close to closing and after going to one shop that closes before their hours I called big o in a panic. They put myself and my daughter at ease and patched my tire and we were back on the road in 20 minutes! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

This is the BIG O TIRES location you want to bring your car to. These guys know their cars and GENUINELY point out important issues they may have. No scamming. When these guys are busy, they maintain their composure and very professionally take care of every customer that walks in.

Great service! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, was told I needed 4 new tires. Couldn’t afford 4 but got 2 that were needed the most. Anthony understood my situation and didn’t try and oversell me. I appreciated his honesty and helpful direction

Worst Customer service, Went to get a tire repaired and their rude staff took 3 hours and didn’t even bother to pump up the tire. When I pointed out that it was still showing low pressure, I was told I need it to drive it. After a couple miles I hade to go back so the can actually put air. They don’t even want to do the minimum effort to do their job.

It was Black Friday. It was packed! But Mike took excellent care of us. Four new tires, new rear brake pads & rotors, and new wipers all finished in one insanely busy day. Fair prices. Great service. We strongly recommend Big O Tires in Orange, CA.
