Wow!!! What a joke Boost is. I spent like 6 hours on phone with about 10 different non English speaking customer support people. All I wanted to do was switch one of my phone numbers to a new phone. 6 hours and they couldn't get it done. The last person of the long and stressful day switched nu. Ers, but it was the wrong number. Following day went to Boost store in Orange and the lady tells me she can't do it cause I needed my Apple password. WTF does that have to do with transferring a number over?! I ended up purchasing another sim card and going home and within 5 minutes was able to do it myself. Bunch of clowns working there. Boost is a joke now

The older woman working here is the worst customer service rep I've ever dealt with. Went in to switch over to boost mobile and she said my phone and my mom's phone will not work and she wouldn't help us. I have a Samsung galaxy s21. I looked it up before going and knew it was compatible. I left and went to Walmart and bought 3 months 5gb for 14 bucks and ported my number myself and my mom's. Both the phones worked. Whoever owned that store needs to fire that older lady that hates people.

Walked in to get some information about possibly switching over and some guy not sure his name Louis Luis or something like that had no idea what he was talking about. Didn't feel comfortable getting a plan there and don't recommend anyone to go here just to save couple bucks. Definitely sticking w my current provider.

This place is literally a hole in the wall store, it's so small. I took my phone in to get any upgrade chip and it ruined my phone. I went back to see if they could fix it and they would even try. Then I went back because I had to buy a new phone but they wanted to charge me extra to activate it and wouldn't just sell me the phone. It was cheaper to buy it online and pay express shipping. I got it the next day. Watch out for parking, I almost got a ticket waiting to be helped.

Georgina was very helpful from the moment I walked in. I walked in for an upgrade on my device and within 20 mins she was already done activating my new phone and without her fast service I wouldn’t have been able to get a new phone today. :) I went to a different store at first and he told me to go order it online due to not having the device I wanted in stock.

Great quick service. Under new management. I got a screen protector for like $14. The lady was super helpful. Oh and make sure to park in the back. The plaza parking is for the stores upfront is what is what i was told

Great store, very friendly and helpful, but the parking is terrible. The owner of the liquor store yelled at me and threatened to have my car towed. I love this boost mobile store but I'm never going back all because i dont want to be harassed by the liquor store guy

Went into this Boost location. I was looking for a SIM card for my sons new lg stylo 5. The gentlemen checked through the sim cards. He believed he had a match but called boost support to confirm. It was a match. SIM card worked. Did not pay to much for it. Few dollars more than Wal-Mart (that didn't have any in stock though their website listed that they did). I was in and out of the Boost store in 5 min. Was not wipped, jumped or had my tires slashed. Hope this info helped. Best regards, A White Guy

BEWARE!!! We switched to this company because of the offer they have going on right now which is you receive a free phone once you switch and it seemed like a win but it really wasn't! Customer service at this particular store is the worst. The female that works here treats you like she owns the company! Doubts your words, is very rude, has a bad attitude and argues. She shouldn't be working as a customer service representative, if you can't handle a customers complaint just a day after starting service with you then this job is not meant for you. They were nice the first day and only because we brought them business. Now the male that works here, he claims he is an IT... Meaning he knows about phones, yea not the case! We went back a day after because one of the phones we received was heating up but he said no its fine, of course you would not exchange it. Boost mobile has a rule... you have 7 days after purchase to exchange phones while you have a year of warranty with the manufacturer which is at a different state, meaning you have to be without phone service for possibly weeks. This people will deny that 7 day period as soon as you walk out the door with your phone. If you did not try it while there then youre basically screwed. Now boost mobile customer service is the worst I've ever encountered in my life, if I should say the whole companies service! They lack basic phone functions which you're not told prior to purchasing. Coverage is the worst. Phone calls sound congested, sometimes cannot understand the other person. Text messages and phone calls take twice as normal to be sent or received. You pay for 4G but you really get 1G to 2G and if youre lucky 3G. To unlock your phone you have to have active service for atleast one year even though it was the first thing I asked when switching and obviously the guy at this store said yes you can and of course did not mention the year part, what a j**** so youre pretty much stuck and forced to stay with them, ridiculous! Your internet will not work while on a phone call. You will not receive picture messages nor social media notifications while on a phone call. Sometimes your internet will say offline even though boost claims they have an antena almost everywhere which in my case was less than a mile away or so they said. Customer service refused to refund us back because according to them you cannot have more than 25min worth of phone calls and certain internet usage which is ridiculous. We did used our minutes but calling them! Something they could see on their end from the call history but they claim that counts. But hey this were obviously the only lines we could use to call them to ask for help with all the issues we were having. They do not have an available customer service line after 8pm pacific time so if youre without service after that time then to bad for you! Agents are a mess! we kept getting transferred around and after 2 long hours on the phone including calling back because instead of transferring me to a supervisor I would get transferred to the manufacturer! they said sorry but not sorry we cannot refund and if the store refuses to exchange your phone then all you can do is send it to the manufacturer. What a joke! If this store works for you and are not doing their job as a company you should take action and make things right. Youre still standing because of customers but that's obviously not something they worry about. Worst experience ever which is why we switched back to our old company from where we should have never left in the first place but we learned our lesson. Never again will we return to this company nor recommend it to anyone!!! By the way the people here make hand written receipts and I am sure they over charge you. I asked about extra charges on ours and the male that works here which seemed like he didn't know much about the service because he kept asking the female there everything... I went back right after leaving because I was not clear on the charges because they did not add
