Employee named Tifany- Rude customer service, I asked for help to get into the dressing room and she rolled her eyes and kept walking. Another lady had to help me get into the dressing room. Totally unprofessional and bad for business.

I love going to boot barn but today’s experience left me not wanting to return. Sam was so rude… I would suggest getting help from anyone besides her. I hope that she was just having a bad day today… I even complimented her on how good she smelled as she was walking me to the restroom and she completely ignored me. Didn’t see a single smile from her the entire time I was there. As I stated before, I do not suggest getting any help from Sam.

My first pair of Ariat work boots in over a decade and still not impressed they are squeaky as hell in the heel. Still breaking them in Time will tell

Chelsea was amazing, sweet, and kind. We were talking and I laughed and farted at the same time. She didn't even say anything about the fart. It smelled so bad it made my eyes water but she did not gag or nothin. She got me some boots and a hat for my nephews Bat Mitzvah. It's cowboy themed.
