Came to this shop uneasy at first. I had went to another body shop that the insurance recommended at first and they wanted to do a quick fix patch and repair. But, this Caliber location consistent with another location of theirs to replace my bumper which was on par with a private estimate that I sought out.

Brought my Escalade in for collision repair. Rolando and the team was great updating me on the entire repair process. Was even able to get some additional dint repairs with someone he recommended. Picked up my car at the expected time and even got my car washed. Definitely would recommend them!

Liked how they worked quickly with my insurance. Speedy service too. Less than 20 hours from calling insurance, to brand new windshield. All the computer/safety stuff works like new as well.

I was very happy when I picked location 749 N Poplar St , Orange, CA 92868 to repair my car. Thanks Rolando Pinedo, you constantly send me updates by text everyday. Also was able to complete repairs to my car in the promised time.They fixed my car and cleaned it very well. I highly recommend them in Orange.

I had an overall great experience working with Justine and Armando at Caliber Collision. They were both attentive, answered the many questions I had, and put me at ease for the concerns I raised.
This was my first time having to use an autobody repair shop, and I was quite worried at first. I've heard horror stories, or replacement parts not being the same quality as the original. Both Justine and Armando kept me in the loop from day 1 my car was in the shop, to the final day when I picked up the keys. I was given an itemized list of all repairs (including replacements parts), so I could look up each exact part. While there was some non-oem parts that replaced genuine oem, they were minor. Even with the front fender and bumper, you could not tell the difference.
Armando really went the extra mile and made sure that I was able to get both of my front tires replaced, instead of just one, and make sure all (4) tires all had the same tread pattern. This really sealed the deal for me that they really do go to the extra mile for their clients. I am still grateful he was able to do this for me.
Overall, my accident was frustrating and a headache. However, using Caliber Collision with Justine and Armando made the repair process flawless, and they really helped take a lot of weight off my shoulders during that time.

They kept me up to date the estimates. They called me a day and a half earlier than expected to say it was done. They even offered to drive me to the rental car company. When finished they offered to return my rental car for me. Awesome work too. Paint is mixed perfectly to the stuff that wasn’t repaired. The blending is perfect can’t see where the old paint stops and the new paint begins. Awesome work!!!
