Walked in before they’re closing
Found an overcoat, had some spots, asked for discount, one lady staff didn’t respond to me (it was obvious that she looked down on us) n straight talking to her walkie talkies to another staff. A male staff then came to the register n told us it’s just a dust n he tried to rub them off with his fingers. Of course it didn’t come off. He used a disposable wipes to take them off. The whole demeanor with these folks who are brown people themselves treating Asians to look down upon. Why are they treating Asians this way? Both of them even say thank you when we’re leaving, why should I say thanks to them?
Horrible experience

Staff are attentive and welcoming. Plenty of items to choose from and one of my favorite stores to shop at this location.

worst experience in my life, i was waiting on the left side of the fitting room where the like started and other people went to the right side of the line since it was an opening fitting room but they went over there to not wait in the line. Next, another coworker comes by an asks the coworker with us” where does the like start”, she replied with an “i don’t know” and then she told us to go to the other side of the “line” since she thought it was there which it wasn’t and they were just trying to cut us and i ended up leaving because she’s selfish. And the other lady was a liar, she saw where the line started because i walked by 2 times as well. And also the cashier was extremely rude, why work there if you’re not even gonna keep track of anything? Never going back, in my whole life i’ve never ever thought this would happen. Ugh i would have given —000.0 stars but can’t. Get new workers that can WORK and not just stand there pretending to work like a statue.

First, what I was so mad was the cashier lady that so rude to me.I took a jean from 70% sessions and she told me that it wasn’t on sale. I asked her to checked it again and she was still saying as before. So she was a little mad and asked to manager about the item. And yes, it was on sale with 70% off.She didn’t apologize to me for unprofessional behavior and rude attitude.Idk why she can keep working in the store.Second, they closed fitting room because it just painted again and unable to be used.

The cashier was super rude and has a nasty attitude. The lady looks miserable in her job. This is not the first time I have contact with her. I asked for prices and with a very rude attitude told me the price. I was there to shop not ask for free things

I don't normally shop at Calvin Klein but I seen a sign on the outside window that they were having a sale so I was eager to spend my money but there is NO POINT in coming here after 8pm on a Monday ( I asked for a fitting room at 8:18pm) because they said the fitting rooms close an hour before closing ( closing time 9pm on a regular Monday). Took my money to Tommy Hilfiger right next door. They allow fitting rooms until closing time. And the best part they DONT have an attitude towards customers.

Went around 2pm on a Saturday and the fitting rooms were closed for the day ?. Guess no point in going to the store.
