This Carter's store is located in The Outlets of Orange near the North end by Guitar Center and Dave and Busters. It has a nice layout with easy to find sizes and styles. The customer service is fantastic with a greeting to customers as they enter the store. There is always a few follow ups to see if they can assist you in any way. They have competitive pricing and lots of cute styles. They also have accessories and toys. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to start earning.

The store is extremely clean and tidy but my complaint is the prices. It is very deceiving. There were pajamas in the "clearance" section that was originally $44, marked down to $26.
Then I went over to the regular pajamas and the sign said $44 with 40% off..... which came down to $26....
So their clearance section is not really clearance...... just double check your prices when you pay here so toy don't walk out thinking you got a deal but instead you are just buying last seasons clothes at the same price as the regular stuff.

I absolutely love Carter's & this location always has the cutest things and the best prices. The store is very organized and clean with plenty of natural light which makes it very inviting. They have the boy stuff of the right and the girl stuff on the left. They also sell toys. Today I specifically came in for some boots for my 5 year old son and due to their tidiness, I found them right away. The line was pretty long but both cashiers worked very quickly and efficiently. The cashier that attended me was very nice and also helped me with my rewards program. Overall a great experience and my son loves his new boots.

This is where I go to do pick up orders after buying online. Have not actually bought anything from the store itself but at least picking up orders is effective. Can return online items here too if need be.

My daughter and I shopped here the other day and had a great experience! The lady that helped us kept an eye on us and offered to help several times. She even brought us a rolling shopping basket for my daughters bags. And the clothes were adorable!
