Great customer service at first helping me transfer over my prescriptions and getting that all sorted out! Super helpful and I had lots of hope. Come time to pickup my prescriptions I go to pick them up and the door is locked and phone goes straight to voicemail although it was during listed hours. Called again next day during listed hours and phone went straight to voicemail again. No way to get my very important medication and I’m feeling very frustrated and hopeless. No one to contact for help and no way to get my prescriptions.

Update: Add gaslighting and a liar to her lovely list of attributes.
Asked the Pharmacists if she can fill my prescriptions for Vyvanse and Testosterone Cypionate; She told me that only once I submit my records, and a profile was made.
After painstakenly providing her all of the records she requested, she tells me she can't fill those controlled medications because they are a small pharmacy. Calling her an idiot would be an insult to idiots.

Chapman Pharmacy is one of the best kept secrets in orange! I am so lucky to have found this place. They have some of the best prices around I think they even offer delivery but I never miss the chance to swing by and catch up with Monica the pharmacist. Chapman pharmacy is an exceptional example of a small business and has that small town feel where you get a high standard of care. I highly recommend this place!
