And the only reason why I marked this star is simply because I had to leave this report this Chase bank is utterly just rude and tried to charge me a $10 fee to cash a $60 check I don't understand every other week I've had no problem with cashing that check and it just worked out fineI mean I'm practically disabled and hardly can walk. I don't know but hands-down the worst bank branch I've ever been to this chase bank 100% so if you're looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE or you know somebody that's gonna help you this is not the place.

Came in here yesterday morning where the manager opening at 9 am helped my dad and I with and acct question. Super easy to work with and even recommend a great food place since we said we were going to eat and celebrate my moms bday. He passed us over to Annie the teller who was able to help complete the transaction. Lily is the other teller that always is super helpful and always has the amount I need. They have one machine inside that I usually use to deposit my checks and can pull a certain amount from. Love this location!

Unethical, unprofessional, and worst bank out there only out for your money. Years ago my dad had a savings account of about 3,500 and he had me as a beneficiary. I found out I was a victim of identity theft a few months prior to this situation. So Chase decides to closed the account without my dad's consent, and they sent the money to the person that was stealing my identity in Texas when we live in California! Mind you I was only a beneficiary on the account, which means the money should only go to me if something were to happen to my dad. WHO DOES THAT? WHAT KIND OF MORONIC BANK MAKES THAT MISTAKE? One start Yelp review. Will never do business with J.P. Morgan chase. Crappy bank. Stay away! Now that I think about it, we should've lawyered up and sued them for negligence and malpractice.

My mother passed away in 2015. After we closed the account, we started receiving monthly statements for a balance of $0.01. It's been SIX years since the last transaction. We have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to stop CHASE BANK from sending them. In my opinion it is more expensive to mail the statement. I tried calling the Customer Service line without results. Any ideas?

My account was frauded, card was cancelled and issued a new one. When I went into the branch to get assistance on digital wallets. The guy in the front that greets you, tried to assist me. When unable to assist he asked me to delete the card and the bank associate will assist me In downloading. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me download or gain access from MY CARD. Customer service couldn't even help me. If you can avoid this location, please do!!! This is my 6th time at this branch and everytime I am unsatisfied with their lack of service/assistance. COVID or not, this is unacceptable. Will be removing my money from accounts, since you decide when/how I manage my money. "EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED "

This complaint was in the Chase bank on 1344 N Tustin Street, Orange, CA 92867. I have received a poor service from this branch manager Varinia Selpuvelda-Martinez. I came in with another person from my work and spoke to Varinia. I asked her a question on cashing the check here and she told me not to speak because I don't have an account here. Then she turned away and talk to my co-worker who has an account here. I told her later that was rude of her.. And she stand there argued with me that it was not rude. This branch manager Varinia is not a nice person, not sure how she is the manager of this branch. Do not trust her with your financial advises

Pulled up at 7:50 a.m. to use the ATM and there was a homeless man with his stuff all set up in the doorway of the bank, about 3 feet from where their two walk-up ATMs are. Didn't even get out of the truck, because I didn't want to be asked for money when it's clear I would have some after using the atm. Had to drive several miles to another Chase location.

Going to the bank is not one of those things I enjoy doing. If I can pay bills, deposit checks or transfer money via the app, you know that's what I'll be doing, but sometimes, you can't avoid not going in. My dad gives me money orders. Money orders can't be deposited in the app therefore I have to make a trek every couple of months to make a deposit in real life. When I do, it's usually an easy process and the tellers are friendly and efficient. True, if you go near the first of the month or on a Friday, the lines do get a little cray, but I think that's pretty typical with most banks. When traveling, we usually order foreign currency ahead of time so we have it before the trip. You just tell the teller what exactly you're looking for, how much, they put in an order and the delivery gets to the bank within a few business days. They're really good about calling you to let you know when it's ready. We've also used this branch to do a refi on our house a few years ago that was quick and painless. They took care of most of the legwork, got the notaries and setup in-home visits so we didn't have to make any extra journeys to the bank that weren't needed. I'd definitely use them again for our next home purchase.

I went into this bank this morning just about when they opened, there was only one other customer in the bank and I went up to the teller after that customer was finished. I explained that I was handicapped and having surgery and needed to deposit some change into my account for my pets shots (shots needed for dog to go into kennel while I am in the hospital). She refused to help me because my coin rolls were not complete so she would have to help me count the coins to deposit. She refused to help me so now I must go to another bank. I don't understand customer service anymore. I have been with Chase bank for many years and this is not the first time someone wouldn't help me. So this means that no one going into the bank can deposit coins unrolled. I thought coins were still money, but maybe I am wrong. I will never step foot in this bank again!

BEST BANK EVER!!!! I have lived in 4 states and interacted with numerous Banks and employees. Though all were nice ... the personalized attention, respect, and exceptional services I received from Chris Ilgenfritz and Brett Robinson is... indescribable. These gentlemen are true professionals ~ almost like financial geniuses. I walked into the bank a couple months ago and it all started with Evan, who approached me with a big "smile" and, "What can we do to help you today?" I asked him a question and he referred me to financial advisors Chris and Brett. It was obvious that they exhibited a wide range of abilities and knowledge. They carefully assessed my financial footprint ~ analyzing and explaining my past, current, and retirement status. BUT MOST OF ALL ... they were kind, mindful, and caring!!! They were concerned about ME and the "greater good" of my investments and future. Chris showed and explained annual statistics, assets, liabilities, etc. He then prepared for me a customized and elevated investment portfolio. Chris continues to follow up and provide me with updates, statements, and pertinent data and information. I am elated, grateful, and I highly recommend this bank,Chris, and Brett! They are amazing! If I were to summarize my experience in a word, I would say... INDESCRIBABLE!!!

So I always try not to have to go into the bank as often since I do everything online. So my visit visit, and may I add since a LONG TIME, it was a good experience. I felt a little ashamed because I didn't know how to work the machines or what to do but one of the workers by the name of Austin was quick to help me out. I enjoyed the coffee station for the members and the self serve ATM's inside the bank. I noticed it was really clean and cozy when I looked around. I may start visiting the bank more often instead of wasting gas while idling in the ATM drive thru.

Located off of a busy street in Orange, they're able to do what all other Chase banks do, so I'm happy-enough. Parking lot situation is a little odd, and it does feel a bit cramped. Luckily, most of the businesses in this tight shopping center have quick visitors, so getting a parking spot isn't too difficult if you wait a little bit. Two ATMs available outside. I don't feel the most secured here, but as long as you're quick on your deposits/withdrawals, no issues.

THREE STARS: Would have gave this place a four star rating at least but let me start with the service from beginning to end. The bank tellers at the front windows were very helpful and professional ; one was Rochelle and another young lady. I went into the bank asking a bevy if questions which they were quick to answer about opening a new account. Even when they didn't know they were professional about getting me one of the bankers that were about to further address my questions and concerns. Rochelle got me signed in on the waiting list, even offered coffee and water. Once I sat down there was some one signed in ahead of me which was assisted quickly. Then one of the "managers" (Sarah) came over to the waiting area walked right pass me and their sign in sheet to ask some other random lady that was across the whole waiting area did she need help or assistance. The lady had not signed and did not need help. Then the manager backed tracked to ask me if I need help. As a potential new client for the bank I was kind of wondering why she past me to address some older looking lady before addressing me? Was it my hoodie, sneakers, jeans, I looked young or something else either way it made me want to get up and leave to not open anything with the bank because of the Sarah, but approach to clients. If Sarah was the first and last person I had to interact with at this bank for me personally I would recommend anyone go here based off that one 10 second interaction. Your a manager and should know how to appropriately interact and address clients as they come in. USE THE SIGN IN SHEET THATS WHY ITS THERE! After all this I stayed because I understand business is more important than feelings sometimes and not to act off of emotion. A little bit later Evan came out to assist me, I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to do and he had the answer to everything. It was a smooth and and seemingly easy process for him to set me up with a new account. Evan was very professional, quick and knowledgeable on what he was doing.
