I called in the morning was able to make an appointment same day and time that was convenient for us. Arrived couple minutes before our appointment. I was attended right away. I took my boys and the manner was nice enough to bring coloring books and offer drinks to us. Aaron helped us any way he could provided great customer service. Answered all our questions and was very helpful. It didn’t take long we only lasted like 30min. Will definitely be returning to this location if I ever need anything. We left happy and content. Recommend this location!! I love the fact they have a drive thru. Makes everything easy!

The worst customer service. I went there for a legal name change. The banker did not know the rules and required documents, and he did not bother himself contacting and asking about it. I went to another branch with the same documents and they completed my name change update in 2 minutes. I will never go back to this branch anymore.

Do not bank with chase. They take service fees from your account monthly. Go to a credit union. Stop supporting these crooks

I had to come into chase to fax a fraud dispute. Karin assisted me but after telling me to wait 30 minutes she said that I needed to have printed out the emails before hand and to go to the library or something. Which is fine (could have told me before i waited but ok) so I went all the way back to work printed it came all the way back, and she told me I was next. After making me wait another 10 minutes she then took another person and said actually I'm gonna take her instead. Waited another 20 minutes then finally was able to help me with a quick fax that takes 5 minutes. Then she tells me oh our systems are down. Can't you just email it? Like why would I be here dealing with all of this in the first place. I have been dealing with this annoying fraud dispute for weeks and she just was the cherry on top of it all. So now she didn't help really at all just waisted 2 hours.

This is a great location. It has two drive thru windows and there is plenty of parking. The best is that some of the parking is shaded.

Unethical, unprofessional, and worst bank out there only out for your money. Years ago my dad had a savings account of about 3,500 and he had me as a beneficiary. I found out I was a victim of identity theft a few months prior to this situation. So Chase decides to closed the account without my dad's consent, and they sent the money to the person that was stealing my identity in Texas when we live in California! Mind you I was only a beneficiary on the account, which means the money should only go to me if something were to happen to my dad. WHO DOES THAT? WHAT KIND OF MORONIC BANK MAKES THAT MISTAKE? One start Yelp review. Will never do business with J.P. Morgan chase.Crappy bank. Stay away! Now that I think about it, we should've lawyered up and sued them for negligence and malpractice.
