They have great customer service and do amazing hair job. I had a horrible hair color experience elsewhere and they fixed the color & got rid of the yellow brass tone in a little over an hour. I love the results.

One of the most pleasant experiences! Took my gf who is getting married soon to get color and cut. Kelly and Jenny were immediately able to see her and left her hair absolutely incredibly beautiful! They even gave her a complimentary facial to congratulate her on her upcoming nuptials. My gf is so happy with her hair and experience. Definitely going back to get my nails and pedicure. Thanks ladies!

I have been coming to Coco2 Hair & Nails for 10+ years and I won’t go anywhere else! The owner Kelly is the Best Hair Stylist & she gives the Best Customer service! I get my hair color, cut & style there every month & I get my Gel Maní & Pedi every 2 weeks. All the people are so NICE & they do expert nails & use healthy products. I also get body sculpting & occasional facials. I love this place!

I had Monday off for the holiday & was looking to treat myself to nails. I used Maps to see & found there were many in the area but I picked Coco2 bc of the few I reviewed, it stayed open latest & had a Feb 15% off coupon. I was also impressed they do hair & facials also. I called to ensure they take walk-ins & was happy to be seated w/in 10 min of arrival. Kelly was very patient as I asked questions about acrylic v gel x. She offered a 1 wk "warranty", extened the coupon for my sister bc I'd give a referrsl, & then gave me a new one too. Jenny did a great job on my pedicure. Although I wish the massage portions were a little longer, it was standard & prob bc I got an upgrade that required more steps. Not only were they very friendly &welcoming, they both provided good service for GREAT prices. I've never had gel x but the manu/pedi prices are comparable to what I was paying years ago (no inflation).

Called to make an appointment for a cut & color a week prior. Upon arrival, the salon was empty and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with the stylist. I'd purchased a voucher for the service and was told that there would be an additional cost that was 3x the value of the voucher, on top of what I had already purchased. I certainly understand that there would be an additional charge for significant length, but apparently their basis begins at a pixie cut length (whereas at most other salons, shoulder length is standard). This should have been mentioned when booking the appointment that their rules were quite different. Moreover, to charge 3x the cost of the voucher in addition to what was paid was exorbitant. I felt very uncomfortable from the point that I entered and it was clear that they did not want to complete the service, just felt that they clearly didn't want me there (despite having no other customers). Truly felt discriminatory based on the experience and how I was treated. Will certainly not be returning for any services.

I have been going here for years.. True nail, hair and facial experts. My mother has also been getting her hair done here exclusively, and her hair has never looked better!! I do a facial every three weeks here faithfully. These are the most sincere, nice women!! ????

Never going again. Made me bleed during pedicure. Was gonna do my hands but the girl was eating and then comes and tell me she had another appointment She could have told me this before I go in. They agreed on doing both and after I sat down she went to eat and came and told me she can't do my manicure and I had a wedding the next day. They also made it feel like it's my fault instead of apologizing. For the disposable flip flops they make you pay for them. Never going again.

First time at this place and I must say it's one of the best nail salons I have been to. The girls here at great! ?thank you Candice for taking care of my ingrown nails. Kelly was amazing too. Definitely will be back again!!
