I was absolutely floored with the way they took customer service beyond what it is sometimes. My son is a cancer patient and being immunocompromised. It's not easy going in and out of store with people around. Mia the sales rep and the amazing manager on duty went above and beyond to find the right shoe size, the right color, and made this all happen outside the store for our safety. The store itself calls out to you with such colorful electric energy, but our first crocs experience is one that will stay with us for some time! Thank you Mia and Amazing Manager.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The greeter made a rude, sarcastic comment as we entered: “Hi, well you two don’t look like you want to be in here!” Not sure if that was supposed to be a joke, but it was uncalled for and unprofessional.
While I was in the middle of talking to my child, another associate came up and asked if we needed help. I didn’t respond right away because I was mid-sentence — and she muttered “Well, nevermind, then” as she walked off.
The attitude and tone from the staff made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’m shocked this is considered acceptable behavior. Definitely won’t be returning.

Some workers are very rude which makes the experience unpleasant.

Would be better if they could take orders instead of only on-line

Went to try to shop and was told to wait in line. Which is understandable if there’s a lot of people and the store reached max capacity, but not on this case. There was 7 customers inside the store. When I asked what was their max capacity, they said 25 customers. I let the front door monitor know there’s only 7 people, he said there was minimum staff. There was 4 employees. We let them know this is hurting their sales if you have people waiting outside if they haven’t even met max capacity. We just ended up leaving after waiting for a bit. This was Sunday at 730pm.

Monday evening, December 16th I came in. I knew exactly what I wanted. Bluey adult crocs size 9 in women's. A man who was very nice and professional by the name of Victor helped me and pointed them out.
My total was $70 plus tax. I handed the cashier, a young female with curly hair at $100 bill. She checked my bill with the marker which is expected and my bill passed. Thus was not surprising being that I do not use fake money.
She then felt the need to call a manager up and ask for a bill check. Again, my bill had already passed the test with the marker. This was offensive, and in my opinion, only done for one reason which I will not specify in this chat because it is obvious.
I asked her was that the protocol. I could tell by how nervous she looked that she was being dishonest when she said yes. If a customer's bill passes the check with a marker, why would you then embarrass that customer and call up a manager?
All this manager did was hold my bill up and look for the line. Anybody can do that. Please coach your staff on how to professionally handle money and do it in a way that is not embarrassing and demeaning to a specified individual.
I know it's the holiday time and you guys probably see all kind of fraudulent activities. That does not apply to me and when I come in to spend my hard-earned money. It is displeasing and disheartening to leave embarrassed and offended.
Thank you.

This review is because of a specific event on 12/8/2024
There was nobody “in line” there was an associate standing out side, as I approached two people walked out, I grabbed the door to walk in and was told they only let a certain amount of people in the store at one time. But two people walked out, I’m just me, one person. I would have been the only person in line. The math ain’t mathing. This is the dumbest thing. You lost out on a sale of 4
pairs. Good job.

Check out line was very long. Two bodies were in the store during our visit. One retail associate who was checking out customers and an ASSISTANT MANAGER named Cindy who did not bother to walk behind the register and help her associate. Cindy was aware of the line and did visit the register twice to verify two $100 bills but even then she didn't stay to support her associate. Two customers left from the long wait.

I've been a crocs user for 10 years and bought over 10 crocs. Out of all I bought, only one of them (never used yet) got deformed under the sun in tustin area. I called the store, and this is normal that it can deform under extreme heat, and it's on the receipt. Who reads the receipt in such detail? I wish they let me know at the store when I bought it. None of my other crocs got deformed under the same sun. One that got deformed is black color.

Ridicolous artifical queue to get into the store. It is just crocs lol. Probably the dumbest marketing tactic in the entire plaza.
