From the pharmacy to the store employees, all are great; however, your prices on both sides are too high. I'm elderly, chronic disability, on a fixed income and I love your store and have been going there for over 40 years. It's so expensive that I sometimes skip medication schedules or skip a meal or treat, because I can't afford it.

Worst location and service ever provided by a pharmacy from their pharmacy techs to the Pharmacist. I now drive 20minutes past this location to get my meds.

Imagine driving to your local 24 hour CVS to grab an inhaler at 1AM because you can't breathe and you are met with a handwritten note that they are closed until 2AM for lunch. And when Ana was met outside by multiple customers she ignored all of us asking her questions and got on the walkie to ask someone to let her in. After they decided to open, nobody to be found for the front register. When I went to find an employee to help me, Ana met me with attitude and argued with me that I was no standing there. She would have never known as she was in the isles in the middle of the store.
Short story, if you're having an emergency... don't come here.

Getting ahold of someone in the Pharmacy at this location is practically impossible when you call. I have no idea what it is with this location, but I've never had issues when calling any other CVS.
On the few occasions I have gotten through to someone, it takes absolutely forever. Half the time they can't answer any of your questions, and when they say they'll call you back they never do.
If this wasn't the only 24hr Drive-thru location close to me I would never go back.

Had a prescription that needed pre authorization. Got it and called to make sure it went through. They quoted me the price and gave me an hour timeframe for it to be ready. I waited 3 hours and 15 minutes. When I got there they told me it was on hold for pre authorization. WTF!!! I told them it already was and they had given me a price on the phone. Magically it was in the system and now I get to wait 15 min to pick it up.

Came in this morning to purchase items and was satisfied until before exiting I noticed there was stands of bracelets I have in the past have found and liked this particular brand so of course I stop and look unfortunately this is where my experience here went completely embarrassing and humiliating. MARY initially helped me with my purchase so I was taken back by the comment she made to me as I started to exit and says if I was going to purchase the bracelets I had putten in my bag or just leave with them.wowwwwwwww this women is disrespectful and unprofessional and I'm surprised a place of business would have her employed with that attitude and to make a comment to a customer she had just helped 5 minutes before . I continued to ask her what she has stated and to grab her manager I was in disbelief she really had said that to me!!! But no Mary wants to argue and deny the comment when I had her exactly what she said . I honestly feel this is the only 24 hour location and just to experience this with this employee I would not want to run into her or be talked to in such a disgusting matter . Don't recommend coming here especially if you want to look around and take your time this location surely has issues and think the worst and is unfortunate. Hope this women gets retrained or finds something that suits her . Customer service is trash and if it wasn't for my coupon used I would have returned everything right there and then

It is ridiculous that the whole pharmacy is closed for lunch. Hire more staff! Companies should be more concerned about their customers than their shareholders.

We have used this CVS location, 480 So. Main St, Orange, Ca for over 16 years. The service from the Staff-Vihn, Jessica, Win, and all the other CVS staff has been wonderful. Caring, knowing my/our names, Courteous, Kind, Engaged, making sure that we know of Covid-19 vaccines, Flu, Shingles, Etc, without having to ask, following on new prescriptions to update/discuss, the hows, etc. Very happy with this much-needed opportunity.
