I have had so many problems with my local CVS, not only for myself but for both of my elderly parents. The pharmacy is over worked and lazy. I have switched most of my prescriptions to Walgreens, as they are helpful and take care of me as a human and a patient. The CVS on 4040 e Chapman in orange has failed to check a prescription for it being correct, failed to give a prescription because it is "not covered" when it was just not prescribed correctly for the coverage, been extremely rude to not only myself, but your own customer service on the line with new. I have tried complaining, but nobody listens. It literally has brought my elderly mother to throwing up post surgery, unnecessarily and have caused me to switch to other pharmacies because they weren't willing to order something or bring in from another location. This is very disappointing. I would suggest any other pharmacy!!! Don't go here!

Nayall in the pharmacy provided fast and efficient service. She made sure my current medical cards were in the system and was quick to get my prescriptions to the counter. Thank you for excellent service!

Wish I could give this pharmacy a zero. Every refill has errors and delays. The staff is not only makes numerous errors but is also argumentative and rude. U have tried to continue with this pharmacy as I line drive through and location but I give up. I am not only moving from this pharmacy but from CVS altogether. BOO CVS

WORST CVS YOU CAN GO TO. Understaffed, ghetto & the employees (especially the supervisor) is extremely rude. Don't bother calling, they will keep you on hold for 5-10 minutes and then hang up on you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't EVER bother ordering photos from them. They will NOT be ready in time. But instead of turning off the ability to print from their photo center, they will gladly take your money and then screw you over if you are on a time crunch & you stupidly trusted your photos would be ready at the time they said they would be. Thanks for making everyone's lives a little worse around Christmas time CVS

I always shop at your store on East Chapman Ave, Because your staff are helpful & greet you with a hello. Lastly the store is well stocked & plenty of signs where things are. You never have to walk in circles. ?

check your medication people. I picked up my medication from this place, when I open it that night I was missing one of my medication's for pain. I'm having surgery the next day, when I called them they told me the pain medication is on back order. why the heck wouldnt they tell me this when I picked it up... this is horrible ...

CVS located at 4040 E. Chapman in Orange, CA is about to lose my business and I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years. Their signage regarding pharmacy hours is very misleading. They were out of several items making it impossible for me to use certain coupons. They applied a 50% off one item incorrectly and I got a dollar off instead of $11. There are too many inconsistencies at this store. Their refrigerated units do not work properly much of the time. They have some WONDERFUL employees such as D.J., & Francisco as well Amy & Mai in the Pharmacy but they need the correct tools from corporate to do their jobs effectively. Their coupon center is very frequently not working and the prices of several items are not the same as marked when you get to check-out. I very often find inaccuracies on my checkout receipt. I have additional concerns as well but I’m getting tired of telling them about them. Boiling point is being reached.

We haven't been having an easy time at all dealing with this pharmacy as of late. Too many things to list, but here is one for today: Not sure what is going on over there, but everyone seems to not know what's up either. Today, I was waiting in the drive thru line and was there BEFORE 12:30. NO sign was up that their drive thru was closed yet. I waited 15 minutes for an employee to wrap on my window and tell me to go ahead and go inside. Except, THEY ARE CLOSED FOR LUNCH. NO and WHY? I was there IN TIME, was told to go ahead and go in to then be told I didn't make it in time and now have to wait another 15-20 minutes. NO and WHY? I don't think they care if people pull their prescriptions or not and go elsewhere. It certainly feels like the attitude. It's not that they were rude or unprofessional. It's that they "assumed" I was lying or plain didn't care and then proceeded not to help me and told me to wait further after I already had been waiting. There was NOTHING for them to fill. All they had to do was grab it and ring it up. Thanks for literally nothing. Whatever you guys are dealing with over there, start by not treating the customers as though they've done something when it was you guys to begin with. That would be a good start. Take care of them NOW and not make excuses after you've messed up. I told them it was ready, nothing to fill. I believe it was not even something I had to pay for. Literally a grab and give situation. It would have been NOTHING for you guys to take care of me.

I've been sick since March 2022 and basically needed stronger antibiotics. I felt embarrassed to demand stronger medication but I'm very sick. The pharmacist made several phone calls and came through for me! I am so grateful (and hopeful to kick whatever is going on) for their help. I hope someone reads this and knows how much I appreciate their help!

People working at this pharmacy are total f@#$^ing idiots After waiting for almost an hour they tell they don't have the medications in stock. They used to have good caring people Working here. Zero customer service.
