Been waiting on the phone for the Pharmacy for 37 minutes. They picked up the phone then hung up. I called back, waited another 20 minutes, same thing, they hung up. I guess they would rather let my 89-year-old Mother die than help.

Pharmacy employees wear masks so when they are talking to you they are very loud. Everyone can hear your business being discussed about the prescription you are taking. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Thank you Brenda for going above and beyond to make sure I got all the discounts possible for my meds. During times like these every dollar counts. It is people like you who make sick days less stressful and easier to manage. Keep up the fabulous service!

I just wanted to thank your employees for that. My hopes are often surpassed by your team. At a moment's notice, they are always so supportive, polite, and eager to help. Your drug store workers are the best and I am proud to work with them!

I have never encountered any problems with the CVS located in the Target. Today I picked up a prescription and since it was a prescription I had never taken I asked for a consult. I noticed as the young girl approached the counter that she was fumbling with the attached paper work. When she got to the counter I could hardly understand what she was saying, speaking very low. Never did she give me the name of the prescription or say what it was for. She was reading bullet points off the paper work( I could have done that)I asked a question about what time of day to take the medicine, she looked at the attached paper and said” in the morning “. Before she left the counter I noticed her name tag said she was in training. Maybe it’s just me but I think if someone is in training shouldn’t someone be with them to show the proper way to give a consult? I’m allergic to a lot of different meds and it actually was a CVS pharmacist that caught a prescription I had been given that I could not take. After reading the instruction paper no where did it say what time of day to take the medicine. Guess I’ll just wing it....

This is one of those places I don't really choose to go to, but for some reason I always find myself stopping by to pick something up. Whether it's some medication, or cheap seasonal decorations, or cards, I seem to always find what I'm looking for. I also don't know why this impresses me, but the fact that most CVS Pharmacy's are carpeted is just kind of cool. It definitely makes for a quieter store. They've added an eye care center which looks nice. I don't get my prescriptions here nor my eyes checked so can''t review those services, but everything is pretty good.

Incompetent. I've gone without my prescription several times now, which is unpleasant to say the least, even after they text me saying it's ready. I'm going to switch pharmacies and hope they can keep my scripts filled. Some place has to be able to manage their stock.

First off let me say that the new automated phone system is pure crap. Misunderstands everything even when you punch in the rx number. Takes forever to get through the automated system. They rarely have rx ready when promised why say a time if you can't complete it by then? I stopped taking one prescription more than 6 months ago. They keep refilling it and calling a doctor I no longer see for refills. I contacted corporate and they removed it from auto refill yet the next time I go in they ask if I want it filled. No. Guess what was filled over and over again? Every time I tell them I don't take it anymore stop refilling it but it happens every time and they get irritated with me because they have to put it back. Well whose fault is that? It texts asking if I want refills and when I choose no it confirms it and then I get a text days later that the same rx has been refilled. Why is this such a challenge for a pharmacy to figure out prescriptions?

I was motivated to review this CVS after encountering Tia earlier this week. She was so helpful with checking in the back and directing me where I needed to go. Give her a raise! Also, 4 stars because ultimately they didn't have what I needed, which was Children's McDerma.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to.... customer service is a joke! Came in as a new member and the person behind the counter essentially told me he didn't know how to enter me into the system so I was better off going to the CVS across the street. Realizing that I was about to go off, the only pharmacist ran up and offered to assist me with entering my information into the system. Granted he helped but he was snarky, rude and seemed like I was a burden to him. He then advised that he was the only one working so it would be about 2 hours so I advised I would leave and come back in 2 hours. 4 hours later I return and the pharmacist rudely states that because I said I was going to leave, he didn't bother to start my RX and it would be another 45 minutes. I'm liiiiiivid at this point because it shouldn't take this long for one RX and no apologies given or kindness shown. Once I received my Rx the pharmacist rudely handed it over and said "Thank you" to which I simply ignored because I was so done with this CVS. As I walk away I hear, "ya ur welcome" and I turn around and say "I'm not" and keep it movin. Same day I followed the original employees suggestion and transferred my RX to the CVS down the street. So long story short..... unless ur dying and it's the only pharmacy within a 10000 mile radius AVOID!!!

My prescriptions were sent over 2.5 hours before I showed up. I was told it would take 10 minutes and they were expediting my fills. Five minutes later another lady comes in to pick up her prescriptions and is told they will expedite her fill. They immediately fill her prescription and I am left sitting here. I will be changing where I get my prescriptions filled.

Went to this cvs today to take advantage of mt coupons. I got 40% off and a $1 rewards on my rewards card. So i went to buy a purex laundry detergent and thereg price was $11.97. Went to pay and the lady offered me to use my coupon and rewards. She said i have 40% off and $1 rewards. The soap went down to $6.57. Wow. Big savings. So after that i went nextdoor walmart to continue my grocery shopping, i saw the same laundry detergent same brand same size. Exactly the same. And guess what, they are selling it for $6.97. Not even on sale. Wow.
