I have stayed in this hotel before, sad to say it is not what it used to be. The customer service is non existent, good luck trying to find someone at the front desk to check you in. The rooms are now filthy and they have BED BUGS!!

I do appreciate the manager offering an old beat-up hair dryer for me to use when the one in the room wouldn't work. And for trying unsuccessfully to fix the elevator when it broke. And daily maid service in this day when most hotels have used the Covid excuse to stop providing daily maid service. But those things don't make up for the fact that this Days Inn is a dump. The room was smelly and old with years of dirt in the cracks and crevices, an AC unit that only barely worked after lots of turning it on and off and trying different settings every time I wanted to use it, a hair dryer that looked 40 years old and only worked on the high setting but blew very little air, a broken elevator making it really hard to maneuver for someone with back problems, people just hanging out in the parking lot because they had no place to go, and an embarrassing notion of "free breakfast." I stayed there because I had someone in the CHOC hospital and I needed to be close. But I'll accept the drive to a less cringe-worthy hotel if I ever have to stay around there in the future. I'm not sure I'll risk another Days Inn in the future.

Pictures look way better than the real motel, rooms smell bad. Somewhat clean

I only stayed there for about 1 day, but the place had good prices with fairly clean rooms. They also had breakfast in the morning, nothing too fancy, but it filled me up nonetheless. I would say that it was a good room and experience for its priceNearby activities: There weren't too many nearby activities as far as I could tell. It is a desert after all.

Clean and quiet suite with a bedroom and a sitting room. Old-fashioned furniture. Reminded me of a quaint B & B in Europe. Cable TV and reliable wi-fi. I woke up too late to get breakfast but there’s a 7/11 and a Chik-Fil-A across the street. There are some homeless people hanging around the 7/11 but they are not aggressive. Basic motel, no pool or attractive landscaping.

Checked in a little before 3 which was nice of the woman at the front desk. Went up to our room on the third floor and door was really hard to open like it was jammed. A housekeeper came over and used her key then actually shoulder checked the door to get it open. Room seemed okay so we moved our stuff in, had some lunch and left to go to Disneyland. We returned to the hotel at 9pm and the AC would not kick on, it was only blowing room temperature air. This was not good in 100 degree weather. We then discovered bugs crawling around the bathroom so we promptly took video. Having my 5 year old and 1 year old with us prompted us to leave. The place was noisy, bugs in the room, and AC not working. I went downstairs to talk to the gentleman at the front desk and I explained the situation and said we do not want to stay the night, we would like at least a partial refund and my deposit back. He stayed we had already stayed at the room for 6 hours so no refund. I explained we were there for less than an hour and upon return we noticed bugs and the AC had stopped working. He was incredibly rude and when I asked for my deposit back he threw my ID back into the window slot and acted like he was offended. He refused to listen and would not even watch the video of bugs crawling around their room. Would not recommend, corners are definitely cut here. Definitely not what you want to come back to after being at Disney and wanting to relax.

We went for the least expensive option and found a no-frills hotel (more like a motel). The bed was comfortable.

Holy level of incompetence. I had tried to order a room for one of my employees, and I messed up on the reservation. It was such a fiasco, the guy didn't understand a thing I was trying to tell him. It's not rocket science and he was insistent I print something out that I had no means of doing while in my truck. Jack Chang. I also tried calling him, rang 8 times twice and third time he just hung up on me. Took an hour of back and forth with zero resolution. If this is your job, I'd expect for you to know more about workarounds than I do. Seriously...

This is the best motel in the area by far. The owners aren't as pushy as all the other motels and I appreciate that. The prices are reasonable and the rooms are very clean and don't smell bad like most other motels do.

Run while you can! Don’t stay in this hotel. Specially if you have family. We had reserved the suit for my family of 5. Before us checking in my card was already charged. There respond was “they needed to make sure the card worked”. Upon arrival we opened our suite door and the smell was horrible a mixture of old and cigar. When walking into one of the bedrooms we saw cockroaches, spiderwebs. It was like the beginning of a horror movie. The restroom had mold.No AC in one of the bedrooms. The mattresses had stains (body fluid) the sheets smelled horrible. Everything about this suit was unpleasant. We quickly got our stuff out and asked for our money back. The front desk lady with no questions asked refunded my money. Gladly took my business elsewhere.

All of their services, decor, and equipment were very useful. I'm going to promise you to award them the rate of five stars. Honestly, I decided to prolong my days at this prestigious hotel. This feeling is going to last forever. Thank you so much for making me feel right at home!

The pics looked nice. I checked in and the desk clerk was really nice, professional and efficient. When I got to the room, the floor looked unswept, 2 of the pillowcases had dirt on them as if they were on the unswept floor at some point, one had a dirty finger print on it, the room smelled faintly of cigarettes, and the air conditioner was 'moody' lol the bed was comfortable, the fridge was cold, the restroom was spacious and looked remodeled and pretty. The floor was dirty, sadly. My son is an oncology patient at CHOC and we need cleanliness for his delicate health. I got the room through Priceline...and I now wish I'd paid more for something else. If i didn't have kids and just needed somewhere cheap to crash, this would be it. The location is good and there are many things nearby.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff members were both helpful and friendly, helping with all our needs including changing the cot that was prepared in the room for a baby cot after our late check-in. The standard room was spacious enough for all 3 of us. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We also liked the location for it's not far from our place.
