  I expected the time there to move slow (as with all errands you don’t want to do), but we were in and out in a timely manner.
  
  The best part of the appointment was the staff. Specifically, Amber. She was very patient and helpful with my children. I never expect people to help me with my “daycare.” But it’s always a sweet surprise when someone in healthcare KNOWS how to interact with children and genuinely enjoys it.
  
  Being a parent, you get to witness people who see children as a nuisance which can be the worst. But then you’ll have an unforgettable experience with someone who sees children for what they are, little human beings.
  
  Thanks again Amber and ExamOne. I’m happy I came here for our insurance evaluation. I hope I don’t have to come back but if I do, I’d still be glad (:

  Specialized blood test, good location.

  Appreciate the staff being able to accomodating my delay.Easy parking outside. Super nice building. Not used to labs being located in an office building complex setup. A nice change, since thebbld was nice.

  I went a few weeks ago for a DNA test and they forgot to include an important item with the documentation. I have to redo it because of their error. The rep who helped me was Adrianna Torres.

  Awful experience. He used a ripped glove that he ripped to check for veins which compromised our collective safety, poked me 3 times way too deep and then gave up and used a needle that appeared to have a broken seal that was just sitting in his dirty briefcase. Unacceptable.
