“Dr. Heidy Sasvin is a very caring, efficient, knowledgeable and patient doctor. I am a cancer patient in remission experiencing neuropathy all over my body (perhaps due to the chimo treatment I had in the past), so Dr. Heidy Sasvin reviewed all my medical history in detail prior to entering the examination room. She even remembered the name of the 3 current oncologists that monitor my health. I was very impressed.

She asked me lots of questions regarding my symptoms and health history. She immediately sent a blood work order (handed me a copy of the lab order as well), and referred me to a neurologist (right next door, super convenient) to perform a more specific test in order to find out the root of the problem. She also recommended special exercises that could mitigate the discomfort that I am experiencing and handed me a print out with instructions. Her secretary was súper courteous and efficient as well. I was super happy that Dr. Heidy Sasvin didn’t prescribe me medication right away, before finding out the root of the problem. I finally found a doctor that thinks outside the box and I don’t plan to go anywhere else.”

Dr. Lu listened to my ailments and symptoms. During our discussion, I realized that he reviewed my health history prior to his walking into the room. Didn't feel rushed. Within 2 minutes, I received my prescription, and out the door I went. Happy customer!”
