After a recent move, I went shopping for the first time here. It was super clean and had everything I needed and more. More importantly was the kindness all the staff that I encountered showed me. Thank you so much!!!

Yesterday I went to Albertsons to pick up a few last minute Christmas items. I had to dig through the bags of lettuce to find one that wasn't expired. Then when I got to the checkout line the cashier wanted to talk about politics. It was clear we had different views and I told him I didn't think it was a good idea to be talking about this but he kept on going. It took me awhile to calm down after that. I have no intention of shopping here again.

I walked in around rush hour. I understand it was very busy. John the manager turned my whole experience around. Thank you John and Albertsons crew! I will definitely be back soon.

I came in today, October 1st Sunday and a tall brunette younger girl with her hair in buns was working. She was very angry Complaining to another employee in front of me, and the customer, how her co-worker called in sick and she was angry and pist off. Well then, get another job and don't treat customers with a bad attitude This is the 2nd bad experience at this Albertsons. They really need better management??? The older lady in the deli a brunette is rude as well. I'm going to stop coming here completely. They need happier employees. Please talk to your employees

If I could give zero starts, I would. I still haven't received my order from 8/28, but get this they were short and now it's September and I still haven't received it and it shows on my order that it's delayed so funny. I had family and friends coming over and I had to leave my place, when they were here to get the rest of the supplies, how fun is that will never order from them. I called customer service and guess what they said oh, you have to deal with fresh pass seriously what the fuck.

The bakery manager is totally fine with selling dry, old bread. I checked all the sourdough bread loaves, many of them old and without CLEARLY printed expiration dates. I had to take time out of my day to return a dry loaf of sourdough bread. I asked a bakery attendant for help with my previous purchase. She didn't have an answer. So, shouted to the manager in the back, but the manger refused to come to the front to help. She just shouted and asked what my question was. I had to shout my question over to her. The Question: is this bread going to be discounted today because it expires tomorrow? She rudely replied, no! It will not be discounted today, you have to come back tomorrow. I replied, no way. Why would I do that? And waste more time and gas??This is completely ridiculous, this lady thinks that consumers have time and resources to waste. All because Albertsons is fine employing Rude, Lazy, people with no manners and zero customer service shills. Who is hiring people like this???

We go here several times a week because we're gluttons for punishment? Actually it's because this store is just a couple blocks from my house. I've lost count on the number of times our produce has been rotten. I bought a large spring mix got home and open it: rotten. I told my cashier this later that same day (as I was getting yet more stuff) only to be told "go get another one" - yeah, right. Then my watermelon was rotted when I cut it open. Dry foods is about all I'll get here now. Plus the meat department - the older guy is outright rude and acts like he's so aggravated anytime I try and get anything. Seriously if you hate your job that much, time to go. Sprouts just got a new customer.

How cute is my daughter's cake!!??!? I took a picture of what I wanted and this cake is perfection. I have been ordering cakes and cupcakes at this location for years. Highly recommend. Very organized used and amazing customer service. (The yellow face is mine and I gave it to them and they decorated as I requested) highly recommend

Honestly, the best thing about this store is the wonderful lady who works the Starbucks on the weekends. Always cheerful and sweet. I really enjoy seeing her every Saturday morning.

Horrible location I will never order online from here again. Expired soups twice. Last month I ordered groceries and they were delivered to wrong address.I was told by several associates to be rest assured they would deliver them to the right address. After no deliveries or no contact I then was told by the associate online that management would reach out and I would be refunded.Almost 3 weeks later I was still charged and no refund. Management never contacted me, i never received my groceries. Very unproffesional

The only thing good about FedUp, err..., FedEx is this drop-off location. The rest of the company can take a long walk off a short pier.
