Walked in on a Monday, and opened a CD account. Celeste made my visit very chill and easy. I'm very happy I made the decision. The Interest rate is fantastic, and super close to me... A no-brainer for me, will have wife open her own next!!

Celeste Garcia went above and beyond to help me with a wire transfer today that made it possible for my brother to buy his dream home. I became a customer of Rockwell Credit Union back in the mid 80's. I've remained a loyal customer thru the transition to FPCU. Celeste's Customer Service made my day! Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!

This review isn't for this particular location, but for their call center. I would not recommend doing a balance transfer to this financial institution. They offered me a balance transfer promo with supposedly a 0% interest for 12 months. Come to find out, this is not true. They charged me interest for my balance transfer. So now, instead of saving money I lost money. I could have just left the balance with the creditor I had it at. Very disappointing and will not use any of their other financial products here. In short, DO NOT OPEN A CREDIT CARD OR ANY OTHER LOAN WITH FPCU!

Kat was an amazing help when it came to setting up a new account and going through the process. She's very informative and strung along with me to make sure it was all done correctly. Would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to check out this bank.

I've been banking here for 4 years, both personal and business accounts as well as car and other loans. The staff is very helpful and attentive and help me to understand the newer banking technologies as they appear. Fantastically better than my previous "big bank" experiences, with all the options and tools of those bigger banks!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Celeste. I made a online purchase that was over my daily limit. When the transaction failed, I contacted Celeste and within minutes my account was fixed and charge was authorized. I am so thankful that FPCU has a great staff. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Towards the end of our conversation I thanked her and asked if the branch was busy given that it was a friday. That's when I found out it was her day off. She went above and beyond to help me and she wasn't even at work. That's what I call the ultimate customer support. Thank you Celeste!

Back with more disappointment. I decided to follow through with my refinance after running into several issues setting up my account. The entire point was to take off my co signer... they sent me dmv forms, it took several weeks for them to be processed aparently.. then after all of that I get a notice from the dmv about my registration still having a cosigner. What was the point of the dmv forms?? Where are they? Did they make it to the dmv?? Waste of time and energy. Very disorganized company. Would only recommend small banking accounts with them. If that.

I will always turn to Sonnie Carlton whenever I need help. He is such a blessing to me. This guy is always going above and beyond to help me find answers. Recently I went to Sonnie for help because my checking account had a withdrawal to a company I had never heard of. Well, thanks to his dedication in helping people, I got my money back. Opened an account with Celeste mejia today she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She really knows how to make someone feel welcomed. The staff their were super friendly. I highly recommend anyone to go and talk to her. I will definitely tell my friends and family. They also helped me with a car loan the manager Sonnie busted his butt to get me the best rate possible.

When I need a loan I reach out to Sonnie. He's someone I trust and is the best to work with. My family recommended him to me years ago because he helped them many times. Whether it's a mortgage, equity line, car loan or personal loan, he takes care of me. There aren't a lot of people like Sonnie around. I suggest you call him directly and experience for yourself.
