Janet claims she the store manager which I doubt. She is very rude and unprofessional, she is the worst person I've ever dealt with I never came across such an unhappy person, the look on her face is very sad. She is not happy with her self or her job. She has no customer skills, was very rude. Corporate needs to step in and acknowledge her behavior. I'm never going to shop here and I'm a frequent buyer no longer will I spend my money here. I'm sure she's looses a lot of sales with her bad attitude.

Do not shop here. Save yourself the headache. I asked for help to get a size for a shoe, the sales girl (chubby, long dark hair) told me she was going to the back to check the size. A couple minutes pass, 5 min pass, 10 min pass. Nothing. I look through the glass in the “staff only” area and she is sitting and eating with 3 other workers. She finally comes out and forgot I had asked her for help and starts folding clothes. I confronted her about my size I was waiting on and her response was “oh, we don’t have that size”. I asked why didn’t she come tell me since I was clearly waiting for her and said sorry. Save yourself the headache.

Both staff members on the floor were too busy talking to each other to attend to us. The cashier (chubby girl , dark hair) was extremely rude and continued to talk the whole time our transaction was going through, completely unprofessional. It was our first time there and it will be our last.

I am not gonna put this employees name over here but I do need to share the whole unhappy experience. I was going into the store and trying to do a return. This wasn't my first time returning items in FNL stores. The previous experiences were smooth and I had no complaints because I received my refund very quick. However, this time when I said I wanted to return the items, the employee checked them and printed the return labels for me and said when items received by their warehouse, they would issue the refund. Dude, if I wanted to do an online return, why didn't I just print the label at home and dropped the package any UPS store? I went to the store bc I wanted to get my refund back ASAP. In-store return is also recommended on FNL return policy bc the return process starts immediately after the stores submit it. Now the package has arrived their warehouse for over a week and I still haven't received the refund yet. Called customer service and gave me same answer every time.

This store is the worse store. We asked this guy, his name is Yancy, this guy has so much attitude and I was willing to buy 2 shoes but made me don't want to buy it. He was not willing to help ANY of customers. I rather go to different one. This place is the wrack

does not accommodate customers the right way and some staff are rude. needs a lot of improvement. not worth it to go to. we'd rather go to other branch or different sneaker store. you can't see a single smile on their faces. Also i tried to return a shoe but its already worn once and got my ankle hurt thats why i tried to return but they couldn't. The manager said i can exchange it to any product or shoe i want as long as its a bit more than 70 dollars. I came back the next week then the manager told me the exchange is not allowed but he told me the past week it could. The cashier helped me but the other staff didnt do anything and didnt even apologize but i did at first. very bad service but thanks to the girl at the other cashier. IT IS WHAT IT IS.

7/24/2022 - None of the employees here smile. I bought triple white Nike's at over $150 USD. The female cashier appeared irritated that I asked for another pair when I found I stain. The second pair that was brought out was also stained. The cashier grabbed a spray cleaner and removed it but appeared irritated do so. I took a look around and no employees were smiling... Seemed like everyone was trying hard to frown. Bad vibes all around.

I give it a 1 star rating because it is the least I can give. I bought some Nike tennis shoes at the finish line store in the orange outlet and they came out defective, my shoe broke due to a factory default, I made a claim 20 days later and the manager EDWIN attended me and he did not give me any solution, he simply said that the The store was not responsible for Nike factory damage. In a few words, they stole my money. I do not recommend them, apart from bad attitude to serve the customer.

Customer service here was off. Not friendly and no one seemed like they wanted to work. Had to walk around the store to find some to help me and when they would help it was half assed.

I was really surprised. There was a line outside so I waited too. It was for a limited edition shoe. When I got to the cashier, she asked what size I wanted. I told her and she said she doesn't have it. So I said another. Nope. I asked what size she has then? She gave me a dirty look and said I won't tell you. One more chance. ????? Ended up getting one but jeez.
