First time there, and it was awesome! They had tons of cat food, flea stuff, and vaccines. The staff were super nice and helpful. Only thing? They seemed short-staffed, my cashier was juggling like five customers at once.

Outstanding in their new location; very spacious; plenty of parking and easy access, unlike their former location on Chapman, which was a bit challenged. Highly recommend

Very friendly - excellent service. Quality hay - it's all about the horses! I believe they moved and I want to get out there even if it is a distance.

As a longtime customer of Midway City Feed, I've always appreciated the excellent service and friendly staff. However, since their closure, I've been purchasing hay for my goats from your store. I typically request the bales to be cut in half for convenience, but I've encountered significant issues with the service here. Despite my request, the individual assisting me was incredibly rude and uncooperative. Today, when I asked for the bales to be cut and wrapped due to the rain, he initially brought out uncut and unwrapped bales. Even after explaining my concerns, his response was dismissive. Eventually, he returned with only one bale wrapped, leaving the other exposed. Frustrated, I gave up and loaded the hay into my truck, only for it to get soaked in the rain on the way home, leaving it unusable. I had to resort to alternative feed for my goats and will have to find another supplier for hay. Despite hoping for a positive experience after my previous feed store closed, I'm deeply disappointed and will not be returning to your store.
