My first time here. The gentleman at the front who took my order was very polite, friendly and helpful. The gentleman driving the forklift who brought my order to my car was also very polite, friendly and helpful. Truly refreshing. I'll definitely come here next time I need building supplies. I should have gotten their names so they could get proper credit!

Terrible customer service. Spoke with Santa Fe Springs office and they had no knowledge of Clark Dietrich materials. I was not asking for technical information, but rather simple information about Connection pieces for floor joist. They kept referring me to look at technical data online instead of answering simple questions. This place definitely does not deserve business when they have no knowledge of a simple product and keep referring you to look at the information online.
