Goodwill of Orange County is a thrift store featuring clothing, home décor, electronics, furniture, toys and more. This location also accepts donations of gently used items behind the store. The store is pretty clean and organized. Many customers find cool things and good bargains, noting really good pricing on items like a new pair of Carhartt pants or a Boston University zip-up. They recommend visiting as you may find something very nice. However, reviews frequently mention that prices have gone up and are not always the bargain they used to be. Some items are priced very high or only a couple dollars below retail, with specific examples given for Target attire and hand soap. Customers advise being careful and selective, checking prices, and note it can be hard to find items in the color of the daily sale. The donation center receives positive feedback for its kind staff. Donors appreciate the help unloading cars and mention the kindness and smiles made the process more fun. Goodwill helps people achieve their goals through a journey of personal support, work experience, and career development.
Bad and rude customer service. Cashier gave me wrong information saying he'll hold items til end of day but when I came back after about an hour the items were gone. Manager was rude she kept arguing with me in an aggressive manner trying to blame me instead of admitting that the cashier gave me wrong information.

They have some cool things but just be careful. A lot of their prices are crazy. When I was standing in line, I saw they were selling hand soap for $1.99 and it’s the kind I buy at Walmart for $.99 so exactly double.

After a terrible divorce with my husband I decided to empty out all of his stuff out of my house so I decided to go to my local goodwill and donate all his clothes and items. And thankfully the 4 ladies in the back helped me unload my car. Thankful and blessed
