Bad and rude customer service. Cashier gave me wrong information saying he'll hold items til end of day but when I came back after about an hour the items were gone. Manager was rude she kept arguing with me in an aggressive manner trying to blame me instead of admitting that the cashier gave me wrong information.

I would give THIS Goodwill 5 stars. This is clean, most of the clothing is still separated by sizes, the carts work great the clerks have a professional nice even fun demeanor and they have a little of nice clothes.
The huge problem that I have with this Goodwill the one on Tustin. On a yellow 50% off day they had special ed people pulling off yellow tags clothing. I feel they were seeing a scapegoat, if anyone says anything they can say oh we didn't know. So to have awesome people do such underhanded things and they're just having fun working a little bit. I don't think I can go back to this one no matter how much I enjoy it they took advantage of the special people.

I donate to Goodwill because the drive-up service in the back of the building is easy and convenient. However, I never had a good experience taking my donations there. Maybe it's just me but I would think that a known establishment making their business off of selling items that are being "donated" would enforce their customer service as a top priority. For goodness sake, the women accepting the donations were so rude. I'm not sure if they hate their job if they hate donations, hate people, or hate me. Goodwill ought to remind their employees that accepting donations is what they do and during the process of accepting donations, their employees should remember this. Put a gosh darn smile on your face and call it a day. People who donate should have a good feeling after donating. Please comment if you anywhere else that I could donate women's and children's clothes . I'd rather drive out of my way to donate.

So I been trying to get into thrifting and just saving a buck when out shopping for the new wardrobe to add to my closet. I have always struggled at these type of stores in finding the perfect fit but feel that I am getting better at it. This location is pretty clean and they have a great variety of pieces. They have a whole wall of dresses that seems to be never ending. From small sizes to larger, I am 99% you will find something for yourself. They have a great inventory of household items too. I was browsing around and found a couple things that caught my eye. I will definitely be back since it is so close to work and the store is pretty clean. Until then, happy thrifting!

Never shop where they offer bathrooms to employees but not customers. Not everyone can wait. Seniors, pregnant women, people with medical conditions. On top of that, most everything here is filthy, or broken, or overpriced. Just sad.

No returns or store credit even within same day. Policy is unclear and not presented. So unfortunate I can clarify that "final sale" would be more helpful than "as is." Also, having the final sale aspect on the receipt is not helpful as a person can't return now that you have let the customer know after they have already purchased and can't return it, see how that does not make sense? Haha A sign at the counter would probably be more efficient and helpful for your shoppers. I personally come to this store because I am trying to shop on a budget, Sorry, but these policies just seem a little predatory especially for a store who is supposed to be helping people, nonetheless, a nonprofit by government standards

This location is pretty clean and organized. The prices at the goodwills have gone up that's why I can't give any of them 5 stars . Used to be more of a bargain . They sell some stuff a couple dollars below retail esp their target attire which they have a lot of . They get bulks of the same stuff I'm thinking from the store but for some reason they sell for only a dollar less. I almost bought a few items until I checked the target store app and seen that it was almost the same price . A Shacket I bought for 19.99 here was being sold at Nordstrom rack for $5 more complete fail on my part . So although there are bargains , they have some stuff priced very high . And for some reason it's always hard for me to find stuff that are the color of the sale of the day . I do wish they had more stuff on sale the day of. Especially since their prices have gone up . I'll keep coming to try to find some bargains for my kids , but will be more selective then before .

They have some cool things but just be careful. A lot of their prices are crazy. When I was standing in line, I saw they were selling hand soap for $1.99 and it’s the kind I buy at Walmart for $.99 so exactly double.

Actually, I like this location, but because of the blonde middle aged lady who needs an attitude adjustment, it gets 1 star. You really need to work on your people skills. Yeah I get it, it's a goodwill.... but come on, lose the giant stick u have up you know where. You're rude and miserable. Hope you folks reading this don't encounter her, you'll just be as pissed off as I am,when you leave. Doesn't take much energy to be nice. That's all.

I was at this Goodwill yesterday evening 1210/23. There was a lady at the counter counting her change to pay for a red jacket $12.99. The manager asked her if she was ready to be helped. The lady responded no because she was counting her change. The manager informed her they couldn’t take her coins because the cash register was too full. I’m sorry this is Goodwill that helps people right? I’m thinking they just didn’t want to count her money. I paid for her jacket the lady at the register gave us the Senior discount because she knew how wrong this was.
