This place runs mail out ads with low prices. You get to store and find out you have to become a member to get the advertised price and that cost $35+ annually. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Been coming here for years for the cheap prices, but won’t be returning. I called to suggest adding a bike rack because they said the property manager doesn’t allow them parked on the sidewalk (there is a bike rack on the sidewalk outside goodwill so that can’t be true). Store management said I’d need to talk to the property manager, but refused to give me their number. Instead saying I have to come to the parking lot and look for the sign with the phone number.
Walking a bike with a basket also isn’t allowed inside for “safety reasons”, but shopping carts are fine.
Seems odd for such a small hardware store to be passive aggressive and argue against locals riding a bike to their shop. They’re not a Home Depot

Small yet clean & well organized store. They could use more cashiers though. I stopped by on a Tuesday early PM and there was only ONE checkout line open. There is no self checkout here.

Went in Memorial Day weekend to purchase a foldable boat trailer and were very impressed with the incredible selection and organization of the facility. Found what we went in for and everything went smoothly. We will definitely return.

Horrible service. They forgot to give me my free gift and I noticed as I walked out. Went back in and the guy said he would help me then proceeded to help others instead. Walked out rather than wait until he cleared the line. Won't be back. I only give repeated business to places that pay attention to customer service and don't falsely advertise.

Horrible service. False advertising. Never got my free gift, granted it's crap they give but that's not the point. Won't be visiting again. I'd rather pay full price and go elsewhere.
