Honey Baked Ham is the only place to go for quality ham. We get one every Thanksgiving and Christmas! Delish.

HONEYBAKED HAS DESTROYED THEIR HOLIDAY MENU !!!I've been buying whole turkeys, ham & all the sides & desserts for YEARS since I stumbled upon this place one year when I couldn't use my arms due to an injury & discovered their Holiday meals. My family & guests look forward to it every year & it's NOT CHEAP but this year the 3 of us are on our own so thankfully we're the only ones who had to eat this. All of the sides are FROZEN & BOXED now & the main dishes have totally changed. TURKEY: Instead of a whole turkey, I got a turkey breast & they only had glazed breast which is covered in that thick crackled sugar mess that people like with their Ham. NOT with their TURKEY. I hated it. It was grossly sweet & overcooked to begin with. Why would you want turkey to taste like a dessert? MASHED POTATOES: Their original mashed potatoes were wonderfully garlicky & creamy & NOW ... they are frozen boxed FAKE potatoes with bacon & cheddar & dead green onion or chive that's only on the plastic film layer & they are GUMMY & STICKY!GRAVY: Nowhere even close to their normal Holiday gravy with the bits of turkey in it. Just a GELATINOUS MESS of salty water.STUFFING: Okay now I'm mad! I wait all year to get their stuffing which was beautifully made with stock & crunchy pieces of celery & nuts & NOW ... It's frozen boxed cubed stuffing that is nothing even remotely like the original & it smelled like DIRTY FEET & SWISS when I was heating it. WHY did they do this? THE LINE IS DOWN THE STREET & AROUND THE BLOCK EVERY YEAR FOR A REASON! My job & the Holidays are stressful & this was my ONE favorite Holiday timesaver. AND we spent $160 for the 3 of us anyway so what's the point? I could've done better with a $3 frozen TV dinner.ALSO ... I normally use my Buffet server to warm up all of the FRESH sides but you have to cook everything from frozen. How many microwaves does a person have? You have to microwave each frozen thing for 15 mins, then the other frozen thing for 15 mins & so on & by the time you're done, the dishes are cold anyway & you have to reheat them. Just LAME.I would have been SO EMBARRASSED if I had company over & served this to them. Perfect timing though for them to kill this meal when I didn't have guests for the 1st time due to a health/travel issue in my family. Whatever idiot corporate money grabbing dude made this descision needs to be fired. I will NEVER go back to HoneyBaked again!

We've been going to the Orange, CA store for years now. The staff is always great, even under intense Holiday demand. What kept us coming to this particular store was the fantastic service, but also the sides were just a little bit better than some of the other stores. We haven't been by in a while (it ain't cheap! ;) ). I came by early today to pick up a ham and sides for Thanksgiving. Boy, was I disappointed when I was handed frozen, pre-packed baked beans and scalloped potatoes. We had to try them before the big day. Both are very different than what used to be served. The potatoes are pretty good, but the beans were under-cooked (even after being in the oven for a good hour) and kind of bland. The old beans were saucy, sweet, loaded with ham and pineapple and just delicious. Also, the size is WAY smaller. I guess it's a corporate thing, not necessarily this particular store's fault, just pointing it out to anyone expecting the good, old-style sides. The ham is great, though. Looks like I'm cooking up baked beans and scalloped potatoes from scratch. Was hoping those were two things I didn't have to worry about this week. So, ordinarily, I'd have given 5 stars. 1 star knocked off for the corporate, frozen, soulless sides.

I ordered cooked turkeys for a pot luck at work and they gave me cold turkey out of a refrigerator. Who wants cold turkey?

Very good, I just wish I knew that the bread was toasted; not a fan

Staff at the Huntington Beach location was rude and unfriendly. I placed a big order for our company Thanksgiving luncheon not knowing that they had changed the packaging of the sides. The sides at this Huntington Beach location are packaged and not the same size as the fresh ones that I was used to purchasing for the last 7 years. Once I got to the store to pick up my order, I needed 4 more of the packaged cheesy potatoes which the staff refused to sell me. I asked to speak to the manager and she was just as rude refusing to understand that I needed more of the packaged cheesy potatoes. Honey Baked Ham has always employed friendly and nice people which the staff this year lacked. I will have to consider ordering from Honey Baked Ham for next year! I would give this year's experience ZERO stars if i could.

Came in here to order a ham sandwich, I was able to build my sandwich and given choices to choose from. I ordered a ham sandwich, with sour dough bread, and everything but tomato. When I received my sandwich, I thought there was a mistake because the bread looked and tasted like white bread. Brought my sandwich back in, and I was told that it was sour dough bread. They said it was what they used. Sadly, it was a disappointment for a store like honey baked to use cheap bread for their sandwiches. There's health reason why I chose to eat sour dough bread. Service was overall great, but the quality of the sandwich wasn't there. The ham was delicious.

Always welcoming! Love their Daily lunch specials. Wednesdays are my favorite because it's Pastrami Sandwich day. Lunch portions are big enough to share. Today I came in for their Ham & Swiss slider kits! ❤
