Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is a fabulous and beautiful hotel with a stunning, spacious lobby. Guests describe it as a gem in a great neighborhood, highly recommending it for its great location, especially for Disney go-ers, with a nearby bus to Disneyland. The hotel provides a warm welcome with delicious chocolate chip cookies at check-in. The rooms are consistently noted as spacious, large, clean, spotlessly clean, super clean, warm, comfortable, and extremely comfortable with excellent maid service. The staff is exceptional, super friendly, helpful, and treated guests incredibly well. A serene patio area by the pond adorned with fireplaces adds to the ambiance. The popular bar and lounge received positive mentions, though some guests did not try the restaurant or happy hour. The hotel offers self-parking and valet parking options, both with a daily cost, though some guests reported issues with the parking lot card reader. The convenient location features a five-minute walk to an outlet mall and is opposite various shops and restaurants. Overall, guests had a delightful and great stay, with many stating they would definitely stay here again.
I found to be fantastic. Service upon check in or valet or bar was superb. I saw mostly all of it remodeled. Great location. Easy in and out parking for a fee. I did have a problem with my room AC that was solved within 1 hr. Overall excellent value compared to similar hotels in similar location.
