Front desk asked for my insurance card twice to get my check in completed. Was very busy but patients in waiting area where being seen quickly. Didn't wait too long

I had an excellent experience today with Gerald who was so friendly and accommodating when you are so tense and nervous of a procedure. Also Khan who definitely assured me and said everything going to be ok . And Miranda who assisted me in the patient’s portal when I encountered errors.
