Went in today to get some stuff fixed on my JT15 and it was an awesome experience I felt welcomed and they got straight to the point I see bad reviews and I don’t know why I didn’t experience any of that with them there products are great with a nice finish I recommend that you give them another shot thanks Juggernaut tactical for the support I received today be back soon for new build !

If you have any issues go in person and talk with them so they can help. Their customer service is very good. friendly, and will take the time to show you how to operate correctly.

Purchased a used AR9 made by juggernaut tactical and it is of great quality and I’m very happy with it, my main desire for this post is to talk about their customer service. I emailed on Saturday and received a call on a Sunday! and they helped me solve a problem I could not figure out. Great products and even better customer service!

The pin and spring stick out making it difficult to engage the safety. The sales person Hollys solution was to buy a different safety. So because they built a pin that is not designed right, their solution is to spend more money as a work around to their scrappy design. I installed this kit and have not sent any rounds through it. I found that I did not like this kit along with the maglock as that doesn't work with pmags without modification to the magazine. I inquired about returning it and just because I installed it they won't accept the return. Again no rounds were fired through this gun. Even if they did accept the retu rn they are going to charge a %15 restocking fee. This company is a joke. I will not be buying anything from them again. If you want a better CA compliant system buy a AR MAGLOCK.

First time purchasing an item from them and the customer service that "Holly" provided was top notch. I had to email her a dozen times about different parts and stock availability and every time the response was super friendly and knowledgable.
I appreciate the excellent service and will certainly be back to buy more goodies!

Converting my JT-9 from fixed to featureless. Emailed on a Sunday and got a response same day! They told me to come to shop and drop off lower to remove mag lock. Showed up and was greeted by Zach who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back to build my AR-10 with them next month. Highly recommend Juggernaut! - Joe

juggernaut tactical ar15 wasn't the fit for me .didn't like the kit ,separating the upper from the lower sucks. And the clip it comes with doesn't go in smooth .

Simple and short got a ar-10 had some problems with it, wasn't a complete build by them. Keep that in mind. Reached out they told me to bring it in, and I couldn't due to my busy schedule. They gave me some tips to try and fix the issue on my own. It only worked for one range day. Reached out again and they asked again if I could come on down and I was able to get down there. Super nice, took the time to go over what could be wrong, give me more insight on gun smithing. Let me sit in the office and told me if anything I wanted to see they would let me hold, all awhile they looked and made sure my ar-10 was fine tuned and good to go. You do have to contact them through email and they will call, kinda sucks but they are a small business and I understand. After the email they will call. Buy there products you will won't regret it.
