Simple and short got a ar-10 had some problems with it, wasn't a complete build by them. Keep that in mind. Reached out they told me to bring it in, and I couldn't due to my busy schedule. They gave me some tips to try and fix the issue on my own. It only worked for one range day. Reached out again and they asked again if I could come on down and I was able to get down there. Super nice, took the time to go over what could be wrong, give me more insight on gun smithing. Let me sit in the office and told me if anything I wanted to see they would let me hold, all awhile they looked and made sure my ar-10 was fine tuned and good to go. You do have to contact them through email and they will call, kinda sucks but they are a small business and I understand. After the email they will call. Buy there products you will won't regret it.

Like others, I would give a "zero" rating if I could. Also, like others, had a terrible experience with Holly in C.S. All because I emailed and asked for a shipping quote on their jig. 99.9% of online businesses have a shipping calculator built-in to their cart. All it takes is choosing your state and zip code, and you get shipping quotes. Not this company. Their site is still behind the times, and requires you to enter all your information, just to see shipping quotes. NOT happening. Im not transmitting all of my information (whether they keep it or not) and take a chance on it being intercepted, just to get a damn shipping quote! Glad I came here and read all the negative reviews, and took my business elsewhere. Too many other jigs on the market that actually work (without the horror stories I have read here) and too many other businesses selling the same thing they sell.... to deal with the rude, inept, apathetic, lazy BS. heed the warnings people!

I purchased the AR-10 worst buy i could have ever done for 1800$this weopon is prone to double feeds..... And with the helfighter kit installed you will have no safe way to perform any double feed procedures also not having a forward assist is a huge mistake the firearm looks great. But doesnt function at all the way it should for the price thank you for the giant paper weight i guess jokes on me you already got the money honestly nuy another brand and buidl your own not worth the money.

This company has earned my business for life. Getting my AR-45 was seamless. They responded to EVERY email within minutes. They went above and beyond to make sure that every issue and concern was handled quickly, professionally and way beyond my expectations.

I contacted their customer service about repairing stripped threads on my lower receiver. I was very happy with the quick responses I received about the issue and was able to come down to the facility and get my threads repaired. The customer service was very nice and understanding of the situation. They offered to fix it on the spot and were very quick and helpful. I was in and out of the shop in about 25 minutes. I will gladly continue giving my business to this company and could not recommend them more.

I purchase a complete rifle. It shipped quickly and the fit/finish are great. I got what they call Sniper grey cerakote and am very pleased. The Hellfighter kit comes pre-installed and though I havent shot it yet, the system is pretty easy to use. I wouldve given the 5th star except my AR-9 came with an AR-15 specific manual on regular printer paper. At a minimum Id like instructions on take down with Hellfighter in place if not a rifle specific manual, which tbh is really kind of a minimum I emailed them, see what they say

These guys are legit!! After emailing back and forth about my jt-9 jamming they asked me to bring in my riffle, the weekend before I drove out there I figured out it was my magazine causing the jam and not the riffle but I decided to bring it in anyways. When I got there I didn't know where the front office was but found myself in the back able to see the production, then I was directed to the front and everyone that talked to me was super kind, I bought 2 base plates as they took a look at my riffle, everything turned out fine, I love how (I forget his name) was like "your welcome here anytime" .... after everything was done he gave me some Tips when breaking down my jt-9 and it made so much sense. Idk what the negative comments were about but my experience was really good I'm glad I went

Back in March, I was made aware of Juggernaut Tactical's JT-9 (AR-9). I saw on Reddit that some folks considered the JT-9 to be one of their favorite guns to shoot at the range and what ultimately sold me on buying one was the slick, lightweight design and it's straight-out-the-box ambidextrous controls. As an early birthday gift, I bought one in mid-April and received it just a couple of weeks later. As expected, the gun handled nicely in my hands and felt very nice. When I took it home, I immediately cleaned it and decided to test how it feeds the ammunition I had on hand which were some 9mm JHPs from Georgia Arms and some 9mm Remington FMJs. This is where I faced the biggest issue I've ever faced with any of my guns, that is that it refused to feed some of the ammunition I tried to load into it!I initially thought that it was user error, but no matter how I charged the bolt, released the bolt, or loaded my magazines, the round would violently jam upwards or downwards into the chamber, pushing the round deep into the cartridge. It fed the FMJs that I had on-hand reliably, but it just would not feed the JHPs. I thought about sending the gun back for either a refund or repairs, but I decided to take it to a local gunsmith as I do not trust couriers to ship guns without it "going missing" or something crazy like that. Rudy at Macon Armory was kind enough to give the gun some much needed modifications, and my friend Gene over at Haynes Creek Gunworks gave it some finishing touches. All in all, it took about $500 for the gun to run everything I fed it reliably, although it can still be finicky at times for unexplainable reasons. That said, the Juggernaut Tactical JT-9 is one of the most finicky and less-than-reliable guns I have in my collection. I hate to relegate it down to just being a range toy, but I simply cannot trust this gun with my life (even after the hundreds extra I spent trying to make the gun as reliable and trustworthy as possible). That said, when it works, it works, and it works very well. What little I've shot of it, I've thoroughly enjoyed and it's definitely one of my favorite range guns. But knowing that in a life or death situation, this gun can malfunction, it's definitely a disappointment. If the guys over at Juggernaut Tactical gets their quality control in order and at least consults one of the many available experts who specializes in PCCs, I reckon the next generation of JT-9 firearms would be so, so much better.I'm also not-so impressed by the user interface of their website. I should be able to see my order history, payment methods, account settings, and so much more. I feel like there's no point in making an account if all it does is store your credit card information with no means of editing it, nor the account itself. What saved this review from being less than 3 stars is the awesome customer service! Barring the time zone difference, Holly has been an immense help in providing service when needed at all times of the day. At one point, I received a response from her well into the evening around 10:30 PM (my time). I almost have to wonder if she's a real person - she's that good!

I am writing this to inform potential customers looking to buy from Juggernaut Tactical. To have them do some research on the company before you buy their products. This is just a honest account of my experience with this company. I will start off I spent roughly $400 dollars on a jig , tooling and shipping back and forth. The first problem I had was only one of the lower receivers I had would fit the jig correctly. So I contacted Holly at customer service, she had informed me that they could not refund me any because I started to use the jig. But they could modify it to work with my lower, if I sent it back with a lower that I was using. I would need to send it pre-paid to and from there location. I can honestly say having the jig modified by them was the only good thing about this transaction. They did a great job.The second problem I had was, while I was checking out the side plates. I noticed one of the pins that is used to hold the lower in place was bent slightly. So I contacted Holly and explained the situation. I had mentioned I had no idea where or when it happened and did she know if it was fixable. She informed me that it was the way it arrived, they noticed it when it arrived. My question is why wasn't I notified so maybe something could have been done to resolve it. Instead it was sent back without saying anything. My opinion, that's kinda bad customer service. The third problem I had was the end mill broke 2 of the teeth off after the third pass. I also noticed the guide plate had some unusual wear on it. I contacted Holly again about this issue, to see if there was any kind of warranty on the end mill. She said no because there were too many factors that could cause the problem. But they could sell me another one at a discounted price. I did not get any lowers finished using their jig and tooling. So at that point I decided to box it up and ship it back. I sent a letter listing the issue and asked if I could get store credit.I was contacted by Zach after speaking with him, he had mentioned he didn't look at everything I had sent back. He did say , he was unable to give me a refund because I started to use the jig. I told him I wasn't looking for a refund, would like to get store credit. That way I could get something I could use. He said it wouldn't be much he could offer for credit, then he backtracked and said he could offer a discount on a future purchase, then backtracked again to say there's nothing he could do. I guess what it boils down to is, they got my money and they don't care about making it right.
