Petco is a pet supply store that offers a variety of products and services for pets, including food, grooming, and accessories. Customers appreciate the availability of fresh food options, like Just Food For Dogs, which is recommended by veterinarians for its quality nutrition. However, some cat owners feel disappointed by the limited selection of cat products, suggesting the store should focus more on cat accessories.
The staff at Petco is generally praised for their helpfulness, with one employee being highlighted for his expertise in aquatics. Online shopping at Petco has been improved, with customers enjoying the flexibility of ordering any quantity of items without the restrictions faced at competing stores.
While customers enjoy the variety of merchandise, there are concerns about cleanliness and stock levels in the store. Some shoppers note that prices can be high, and inventory issues have made it difficult to find certain items. Despite these concerns, many customers express satisfaction with grooming services, particularly noting the gentle care given to their pets. Overall, Petco aims to provide a comprehensive shopping experience for pet owners, although there are areas for improvement in product variety and store maintenance.
Chris R is really helpful and experienced in animal care. Friendly and easy going. Definitely always makes this store feel very welcoming. On the other hand this Petco location is one of the BEST stores in Orange County. Keep up the good work team!
