All our Honda's and Toyota's of our family's vehicles, we've taken here, have out-lived the normal lifetime of what they were expected to have lived. We've even bought our 2007 Toyota Tundra truck that's been driven from the west coast, to the east coast, and alot of states in between, and still runs like new. And you really can't say enough good about the team of people that work here. They really are the best, and do their best in taking care of your vehicle, so it will be it's best, and really is better than all the rest!

Misdiagnosed my car. My car was shaking up front for a few weeks. Gave me two front control arms when turns out I needed two new axles. I assumed a super knowledgeable staff with several mechanics with a ton of experience, someone would have caught it. Cost me almost a few thousand which I didn't need to spend at the moment. More of the story, get second and third opinions no matter how many good reviews.

I was forget to write up excellent reviews right away. Was in there a few weeks ago & the service was great. I never worry about if they're giving me the facts about my car. Been going for years & expect I'll continue.

I took my Toyota Camry in due to a "check engine" light coming on and because there was an oil leak. It turns out that there was a leak from the oil filter and also from the radiator, which had to be replaced. The check engine light was due to worn out hoses in the emissions system. Everything was repaired and brakes and tires inspected as I requested.
I am very happy with the communication and professionalism I received from "Terry" during the process. For years I took my car to a Toyota dealer for service and was not happy with prices or attitude.
I will be going to Karco from now on and recommending them to friends. I felt that the service was great and the cost was very reasonable.

GREAT service job on my 2015 RAV4 with 183K miles. I'd neglected a few of the standard scheduled services and my car was feeling it! Runs great now and no more worries. They even washed it for me. Thanks guys!

I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop to take my 2013 Lexus. I was not happy on my last visit at the Lexus dealership's service center, so I looked on Yelp and the Buzz for recommendations. So today was the day that I took my car in. Jay helped me. He was very professional. He did a basic service and after letting him know of a couple things I noticed, they identified the problem. I appreciated the time frame, and urgency of my service. After working with my time frame we have scheduled the rest of my car's needs. I also listened to how they dealt with other patrons. In each case, they were professional and gave them options. I was impressed. I would recommend using KARCO.

Save your money and time. I was told by terry that they didn't want my business unless I scheduled more with them than an oil change. What ? I was referred to them by a client. I went once before for an oil change. I do need brakes done but was going to discuss pricing during this upcoming oil change appointment. I'm a small business owner. My mechanic is gone for 4 months and it's possible I may need a new mechanic. And referral 101 - I am a referral and would probably refer you another customer! What are you doing ! This sounds like a MONEY GRAB. I have been there once already for an oil change and now you don't want to do another because you claim if I don't schedule something else you don't like to just do oil changes. Now I have heard everything. Sorry i even went there once. Hopefully my client stops going once I share this experience. Good luck ! Glad all is so well you don't need new customers !
