CARELESS AND CAUSED ME PAIN
I went in to remove acrylics and she tried to rip them off my nails without ANY acetone or anything. Ridiculous! After I insisted we soak, she did an extremely careless job removing the acrylics, hardly buffed and polished my nail beds (they're a mess now), and ripped 3-4 of my cuticles, leaving me bleeding. Regret this a lot!

Very disappointing experience.
From the start, I felt uncomfortable when they repeatedly pressured me to pay with cash or Zelle, even after I clearly said I’d be using a credit card. It felt very pushy and unprofessional.
On top of that, the quality of their work was extremely poor. My Gel X set started falling off within a week, which they did fix—but then it happened again just three days after the second set. I returned once more, and yet again, nails were falling off the next day. At that point, I gave up. I’ve never had this issue at other salons.
To add, their gel color selection is very limited.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them.

WATCH OUT & READ THIS!
I was looking at all the nails you guys posted and come on for that price you have got to be kidding!! Sorry ladies but they don't look that great!!
They were nice enough but maybe because I was last minute but I was not happy with what they did . She didn't ask me what I really wanted so I just told her more then once . She nodded like she understood but still proceeded to so what she wanted . And then charge me the extra fees. While I was there I noticed they were struggling to figure some type of money situation out they went through their days receipts at least twice each added them up side by side and then again each in their own.
I only wanted something simple french tip ,pretty short acrylic or gel nail set. Instead she put nails on no acrylic ,not short no French tip some silly sparkly squiggly line . At the time I thought it would be ok but after I left they just annoyed me immediately ! And what should of been a $30-$40 set ,I was charged $68. !! I am not one to complain and I still have her a $20 tip then I started thinking she totally worked me !! So watch out . We should get what we want when we get our nails done especially if they are gonna charge us whatever they want. My reg. nails are very flat and lift easy so I did get that much across to her and she at least made them secure , I think it's only been 36 hours .I am gonna give them a chance to fix this issue and will amend this review if they do . So we shall see.

The work was dirty, it didn't take time to do my nails, while I did my nails I attended to others, I didn't clean my cuticle, it didn't cut my nails, it didn't disinfect, it didn't remove the skin from my fingers, it came out pus ... and they say a charge and when they charge everything they increase you 130 for a horrible job ..

I've been coming here for years. Lily is my go to person for my toes I'm diabetic so I only go when she's there and she's very careful with my toes.

I’ve been going to this salon for years now, and so has my mom (even longer than me!). I’m pretty particular about shape, length, paint being left on the sides of my fingers… I just appreciate that all the technicians at this salon pay attention to your requests. There are so many gifted technicians working here, their attention to detail and talent is unmatched. Their services are worth all your time and money!

Let me start with my rating is for my experience with Mary and Mary alone! She is an allstar she is friendly, great customer service, has an amazing attention to detail, and overall cares about you and the salon! But your service may vary outside of her as it had for me in the past. I’ll just say the I would echo some of the 1 star reviews. Mary has been the only one to be absolutely stellar!

Katella Nails is a great salon to get your nails done! They take walk ins and also appointments! You can pay with Zelle or cash which is convenient, and I've always been happy with the quality of nails! Also the ambiance is nice in the salon, good music and friendly staff. Would recommend!

I was on vacation and had 2 nails break. I noticed the great reviews on Katella Nails & Spa so I decided to give them a try. Mary did an amazing job, super fast, kind and affordable. I’ll definitely be visiting again when back in town. Thank you Mary!

All tech nails are nice and sweet. I like Helen eversince. But you can ask anyone, i think all of them are good.

Service is great and everyone is very friendly, all the lady do a great done all the time. Kathy & Michelle are great with the ingrown toe nails. Mary is the best with an gel X set or mani.

Absolutely loved these. The lady was nice and fast. She was able to recreate the photo I showed her perfectly. $70 which is a great price in my opinion!
