I was recommended to Kolor Splash OC though a friend and to say I've been happy is an understatement, Eric is friendly, kind and makes you feel like your more than a number. I have used him twice to print merch for our company and everything has turned out great quality and value. I never feel rushed and Eric always stays in contact through email or a phone call to let us know where are order is at. He has gone above and beyond on each order, adding little things that have really made us feel like he cares about us as an individual and wanting our company to be a walking advertisement whether its a collared polo or a hat. He really takes his time giving his input and allowing you to make the final decision. Being a small business myself its great to support other small business's. I was going to order my polo shirts from Vistaprint but afraid of the bad quality so I decided to go with Kolor Splash OC even if they charge a higher price for screen print compared to Vistaprint. Anyways the service was good and lead time was 10days including weekends for my 12 shirts. I sent them a high quality PDF file which was generated from my graphic designer and they sent me a pictures of two shirts with a picture of my logo on it for approval. After approval and 10days later I picked up my shirts and everything looks good. The only bad thingwas the quality and the resolution of the prints. Overall, the picture capture my logo but the shade was bad. And the logo on the shirt came out very pixelated which looks like a iron on logo. Also, they charged $7 dollars service fee to use my credit card. It was bad enough that the logo came out bad but charging me a large fee to use my credit card was worst.

I was recommended by a friend to order my custom t-shirts from Kolor Splash OC, so immediately contacted Eric, asking him for a price quote for a little under 100 t-shirts (short & long sleeve). Eric called me the next morning and was very friendly, generous, and accommodating- he was also very clear about the pricing and time it would take to complete my order. I cant recommend Eric enough. We ordered a few hundred pieces from him twice now and both times he has been great to work with. His pricing is on the lower end without sacrificing quality. He is definatly the best value around. The first time we placed an order he knew that I had a newborn and as a suprise he made a few onesies for her and some tshirts for my wife.To our previous vendors we were just a number. With Eric, he makes us feel important.

We went here to get about 250 shirts printed for our club. We were on a bit of a time crunch and absolutely did not know what we were doing. But everyone here was so informative, helpful, and willing to help us through all the planning. From our initial inquiry to the finished product they were super responsive to us and very patient in answering all of our questions.The process was made so simple for us and we ended having so much fun working with them on what the shirts were going to look like. They paid such careful attention to the material that we wanted for our shirts and the colors we wanted. They worked hard to give us EXACTLY what we asked for and made sure we were %100 happy and satisfied. Our experience was phenomenal. Definitely will be coming back if we need anything else printed. I would love to work with them again!

Called and spoke with Eric about making shirts and was blown away with his generosity and kindness to help answer my questions. Ive never stepped foot in his store or purchased anything and was treated as his best customer. Very trustworthy and caring. All your business should be done here!

Eric and his team do awesome work and provide outstanding customer service. They knew we were on a tight deadline and they did their best to accommodate us. We like the shirts we ordered and we will definitely be back. He also referred us to a great designer to create the artwork for our shirts. The designer was very reasonably priced, and excellent customer service.
