We went in for a specific item at 8:50pm. Knew exactly what we wanted and where it was. They said they were closed for the night. Super disappointed as we are on vacation and only passing through. Item is also sold out online so we can’t even buy it online.

Lack of any other hat styles or other interests besides sports. Lids use to have a hat for everyone. Now it does not and it is sad. Not all people that wear hats love sports.

I asked about a cap that had a blemish on the front of the cap. I asked her (the employee) if I could get a discount on the cap. She took her finger and put saliva on her finger and rubbed her finger on the blemish and said No she couldnt give me a discount. After all that I didn't want the hat. Lids lost a sale. Why do you hire girls that don't know nothing about caps and business?

A complete waste of time.Three female employees and two customers were present. I walked in and wasn't even greeted but I know all the details about each of their nails, specifically that they were acrylic.The customer service provided was severely lacking, to the point where if it were possible, I would rate them a zero.I'm not even sure how this location is still open.

I went in there yesterday , ordered a custom hat . Came back 45 mint later machine needle was broken . Nela customer service person ask me if I can come back the next day . Even though it would be a 20 mint drive for me I said no problem. So went back today , she had the hat ready , I looked and the embroidery was 1/4 inch crooked on the hat . She tried to tell me otherwise first / I asked for a ruler and showed her it was way off . I wasn’t really happy and little frustrated. Then we started talking and she told me she can’t help me today and I have to come back again tomorrow. Told me I can have the crooked hat . I laughed and said no I want my hat right . Then she started arguing with me , instead of saying to me that I will fix this for you asap and push u in the line next and sorry about the bad job . She started making me feel like I am at wrong . Then told other customers that she is sorry that I am being loud and made me feel even worst . I ask her can I speak to the manager . She told me she was the manager (( I laughed and said to my self )) wow , she is the worst person to be put as a lead customer service as a face of a company like Lids . Lids supervisor needs to really take her of the team . Later I found out that she isn’t even a manager (( that she lied about that too )) . I can tell you , that if I was the owner or supervisor, I would fire her on the spot . The way she treated me was 200 % not professional and she is not fit for this position at all . It was the worst experience for me I have ever experienced.

Flew into LA for a baseball game, hustled over to lids to grab a hat. Made it with 5 minutes to spare. Walked in and the employees were punks and said they were already closed and couldn't help me. I said already closed its 5 minutes before. They said sorry we always close a little early. Glad you have posted hours. Went from a Lids loyal customer to not wanting to support you any more. Close early and be rude about it. No thanks.

Poor workmanship and/or customer care. Lady that helped me with stitching lacks attention to detail. Asked for red stitching she wrote down white. Also the wait went from 25 mins to 60 due to them not inputting the correct letter. Not a great experience for $80 worth of product and service.

I saw a good variety of hats. They can also engrave things on them as well. A decent-sized lids compared to other mall locations I've been to.

I brought in a hat to have something written on it, and the girl who helped me initially was fine, but the girl that helped me write on the hat was a straight up b****. Super blunt and did not ask for a size comparison at all, it seemed like she wanted us out of the store. So 45 minutes later I come back and the hat is nothing like I wanted it, wrong font and super small you can barely tell it's there. to make things even better, she did not even ask if we wanted a new hat or to swap out the hat and write some thing new on a new one. two thumbs down.

Don't go there!! i went there to exchange my hat for a smaller size the guy working there was having a bad day. he asked if I had a receipt i said no, but i did have my online bank statement on my phone that showed my purchase the guy was rude and condescending and just walked away. The hat was brand new and never worn with all the stickers on it still. 11:30 a.m. at the bolck.
