I own performance and repairs shop, and have made multiple purchases from ledfoot racing. I had a problem with the wiring harness on the last purchase, I called and spoke with someone to expressed my concerns about the fan harness and temp sensor, all he wanted to offer me was the history of the parts he has, "I've have had those same fan wiring harness and temp sensors since 2014 and never had a problem" so asked him if he wasn't going to do anything for me? he replied "wait wait don't be a dick, i didn't say that" I then asked him if he just called me a dick, he said yes, so i replied don't worry about it, he said ok and hung up the phone, This is absolutely unacceptable! I could never speak to my customers like that, even if they were acting like a dick!! I guess ledfoot racing has enough business that they can treat their repeat or new customers how ever they want. I will never purchase or refer anyone to purchase products from them ever again. apparently they don't need repeat or new business. From the reviews i have read, customer service at ledfoot racing seems to be an ongoing issue..

I tried to get an exact radiator for my vehicle. First guy was great, second guy not so much. First guy said call back when you are ready we can get two different radiators. About 2 weeks later I called back. I asked for my specific replacement and the second guy said he didn't have one one and I could use the third row replacement no problem. When I asked if they guaranteed it he said not if it isn't for your application and then said he didn't know when he could get the substitute in. No offer for substitute nothing.

Been racing the SCORE Baja 1000 as well as the entire World desert championship series they host. About 2 years ago i made the switch to LAT Racing Lubricants in my racecar. Racing Baja which is the longest nonstop race under the worst conditions you could imagine! I don’t even need to knock on wood anymore. The protection and reliability with not only my engine package but LAT shock oil as well as transmission fluids have not let me down one time! I don’t know a longer proven test race that is.....well so unforgiving with the elements Baja dishes out! Just wanted to thank
