A very typical Marshall's location. Some good deals at times...you just need to check back regularly and be ready to buy when you find an item you want. This store was packed with merchandise but more tidy than most on our last visit.

Unfortunately, my experience here, at this particular marshals was very poor. From the employees that were stocking some of the products walking completely in front of me without an excuse me ; to the cashier not saying a word ..just scanning my stuff, slowly placing it in the bag without any type of organization or even caring about what’s going in the bag because he never cared to look at me or place it in there. Told me my total and said have a good day ..as soon as I walked away the very next person he said hi ma’am, did you find everything OK, I never got that courtesy. He (tall with not much hair) didn’t say any words to me. I am here on March 11 at 3:57 PM. I just got in my car I will not be coming back to this Marshalls which I know they could careless but I will keep telling those that look similar to me that this is not a place that welcomes all people. Those in the area may come here frequently and probably have good experiences and that’s great for you that does NOT invalidate my experience which is why I’m leaving this review. I hope that the managers and employees see this and that they need to learn how to treat each customer fairly.

Staff was patient and helpful at checkout when trying to figure out my apple pay (rarely used ) so gave up and ran to car to get my debit card . Nonetheless appreciate the patience

I went for a particular hand cream however each tube was open, the protective covering was missing. However I found another similar cream not opened and found a couple of other items I could use.

I was there Saturday morning ! Worst experience I've had at any Marshall's . Two of the employees who were stalking were extremely rude ! One of them ran me out of the clearance isle saying "oh I'm working here " the other employee literally ran over my toes reaching over me while I was shopping in the clothes racks ! I don't understand if they need more time to stock or fix the store open at a later time I'm not sure if that protocol to block out customers from isles ! I was very annoyed .

I hate going to this Marshall’s the employees are rude especially the store manager I hate their attitude no customer service at all cant return any of my items that I bought with cash!!

I went into this store at about 5:30p, coming from working at the hospital with scrub pants on and regular shirt. Walked in and there was an angry looking African American lady at the front of the store on her cell Phone, at first I thought it was a customer. However, as I was browsing the store, I kept seeing the lady watching me. I was uncomfortable and figured it was loss prevention; before healthcare, I worked retail for 10 years. I found a few things that i didn't expect to get, so I didn't have a cart. I grabbed a canvas bag nearby and dumped the stuff in there. I'm still walking around browsing the store and she approaches me, aggressively, and asks if I need a cart for the things in my canvas bag, I say no, smile, and move one with my browsing. This lady continued to follow me around the store as I was browsing. I would've looked around more and bought more things if I didn't feel harassed by this lady.
