Michaels Custom Framing is well organized, well stocked, and clean with a great selection. The staff is very friendly, helpful, sincere, sweet, and professional. They are knowledgeable and personable, showing a passion to help with artistic aspirations and projects. They spend a good amount of time with customers to get the best value and are great with returns. Customers recommend signing up for Michaels Rewards and saving receipts and coupons. However, a warning is given to not buy gift cards from this location due to previous issues with redeemed cards, recommending they be kept behind the counter.

This store is well organized and well stocked. I often come here when the Tustin store doesn't have what I'm looking for. I usually do not have to wait too long to check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
