I love my mechanics at Midas and all the guys who run the shop! Jaeson, Zee, and Rob have always taken very good care of not only my own truck but also both of my parents vehicles and my sisters vehicles as well. They always provide fast service, clear and honest communication with high quality work and the fairest pricing around!
I will always recommend Midas on Chapman at the 55 Freeway!

My tesla model s was serviced at this location for new tires and tire sensors. The tire shop CONFIRMED they could program the sensors for my vehicle type so I authorized to replace them.
After picking up the car and arriving home, I noticed two problems. One, the tire sensor fault error was displaying. Secondly, there was a grease stain on my headliner. I took the car back for these two reasons and after 4 hours I was told that they were unable to program after all the tire sensors. So, they replaced the new sensors with the old ones they had replaced. For the grease stain, I was calm and let them handle it. They told me they ordered “special stuff” to clean it. Whatever they purchased to clean their mess, made it worse!
The headliner on my Tesla is made from alcantara material making it difficult to remove the grease stain. I commute from Riverside so to accommodate, I was given the opportunity to get a quote from a detailer to come to our home and clean it. Only given this option because I suggested the idea to accommodate both sides. I reached out to a trusted detailer with experience on luxury cars, trucks, teslas etc, and was quoted $300. I agreed the pricing was reasonable for the car and the job considering that replacing the headliner would be thousands( just a used headline runs about 700-1000 plus installation.)
Jaeson the general manager replied and said it was to much and said he would only credit $50 towards the work. He stated $50 was a very reasonable amount and implied I was trying to take advantage and making him loose his time with this including having his shop loose time with my vehicle censors replacement. What type of business is this where they offer a service they cannot complete and blame you, the customer, for making them loose their time? He blamed me for his loss of time as if it was my fault they didn’t have the equipment to program the new censors on my tesla. Again, they confirmed even had me wait a day to give me the “yes”, they could.
Mind you, I commute from Riverside so how it is that I made them loose time? I went in for a tire change and sensors and left with a failed censor programming and a grease stain. AFTER confirming they could program. Again, how was their time wasted and not mine?
I will probably loose more time and money but I will take this to court and make sure this won’t happen to anyone else in the future. Below is the picture of the damage (before and after)and conversation with the so called General manager.

I have been bringing my SUV and my Classic Car to Midas for a while now
Sometimes pulling up with a problem I was experiencing
Have always been given the best attention and advice I could possibly hope for.
Jaeson, Zee and his team can be trusted!!!
I have purchased tires, brakes and have had all my maintenance work performed by them.
I have spoken to lots of local car owners while service was being performed.
All agree this Midas shop is the best!

Rule #1, if a repair shop is unwilling or makes an excuse to NOT give you a written quote, RUN! Cannot trust that shop. Midas Orange, not only sent a written quote immediately, they beat every verbal quotes I got from other repair shops by hundreds of dollars. Honest, trustworthy and professional. Can't say enough nice things about these guys.

Just got my front brakes and rotors replaced and they did an excellent job with discussing and letting me know what needs to be replaced. Always a warm welcoming when coming into shop and Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable on all car related questions!! Zee was very helpful and polite!! Definitely my go to shop for all repairs.
