I'm so glad I found this place! I came in for a payday advance and the process was so fast and easy. Everything is electronic so you don't have to sit there for a long time and fill out any lengthy paperwork. They qualified me within minutes and Fernando was absolutely amazing. He has great customer service and he handled my application with care. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to family and friends !

Been here a couple times now. Excellent customer service! Fernando helped me on 5 money grams. He was fast and efficient. He asked me about my day and I felt very welcomed. The rates are great here way better than other spots. I also came in the second time a lady was helping with with cashing a couple checks she was also very knowledgeable and kind. It's my new spot. Thank you!

I really upset with this company right now . I had made arrangements for my pay day loan to come out in the 15th with Fernando due to I was off work due to this COVID -19 n told him if I couldn't pay if i can work something out and pay in payments ! So now I'm currently working reduce hours . Some girl called said she had to deposit my check I told her I didn't have any money that it was going to get returned. Well I guess they know how to run for it still get paid so now I'm overdrawn $300 plus NSF fees so now when get paid I will have any money to buy food or pay some bills since I'm working a few hours . If they cared for their customers they should work like a payment plan to help us out. During this time a lot of people aren't working so I'm sure they made a lot of their customers overdrawn in their bank accounts

Get a receipt and read your contract. This pace is either incompetent and crooked. Or better yet, just go to speedy cash. Been screwed over twice at this place. And they don't make it right

The customer service here is terrible ... they only have one person working at a time.. I've been waiting 30 minutes just for a money gram. Tip: if your understaffed make sure the only person you have on duty can multi-task. 2 people just walked out because this is UNREAL. Update: there actually is another employee here in the back ... yet I'm still waiting

Worst customer service ever! Walked into this place and I was told that their system was down, they could print a receipt paper, I asked until when? They fish until Friday. Today is Tuesday. I told them, you guys should put a sign outside, because I was waiting for them to open, she look at me with a sarcastic smile on her face and said: It's ok, thank you!. Too much sarcasm is not appreciated. But thank you anyway. #notnice
