First time in a long while visiting the store. Very pleasantly surprised at the brands they had that appeal to me. Not just the skinny pants crowd. I saw some pretty good deals as well. I definitely will be making this a more frequent stop.

Expensive and messy!This store is poorly decorated with cheap materials, comparing with Nordstrom or Macy's... However, the price of this store is much higher than other high- end stores, so I was wondering: Who wants to come here and buy anything?I looked at some rather old fashioned, non-trendy women's dresses. The low price was from 300$ then go up to 1200 $.Those high price dresses are not even pretty! They were hanging on the cheap-made racks and looked old and dirty, not like those well organized dresses in Nordstrom or so. There were also huge and overwhelming sections of the discount clothes, which occupied half of the floor. I feel like that I just walked into a very expensive second- hand store! Therefore, I couldn't wait to find my way out!

Horrible Horrible Horrible, customer service , all the managers were very rude, workers just give you dirty looks and the managers are super rude to their workers. Only one girl was SUPER helpful to us thankfully, but the managers were super mean to her which is not the correct way to run a business. DONT waste your time in the store you’ll get ignored. The workers know how to deal with people more than the manager.

Monday July 20 at about 5:30pm gave my found deals to this lady to take up front and as I paid toward closing I told the girl at the register about it and she just shrugged it off not bothering to look for the lady who took my things up front. Beware to have the culture sale ladies that work there hold your great deals. The sales men that work there are safer.
