Stadium Nissan was awesome! My fiancé loves Nissan Zs, but we had a very specific budget. Keanu and David were awesome! They worked with us through the negotiation process and ensured we were happy with our purchase. Definitely visit these guys, they will take care of you! We appreciate it!

At the time of purchase, I observed that the front right fender was protruding over the front driver's side tire. During my conversation with the sales representative (Keanu), I raised this issue, and the used car manager (Gill) assured me that rectifying this matter would be an easy fix, requiring only the replacement of a "clip." He confidently stated that their department could swiftly address this concern and requested me to bring in the vehicle at my convenience for the necessary repair.Relying on this understanding that the front driver's side fender issue would be promptly resolved, I proceeded with the purchase of the car. However, upon returning to Stadium Nissan of Orange on the next working day to address the fender concern, I encountered confusion from the person assisting with the intake process, as the dealership primarily dealt with Nissan vehicles and did not undertake bodywork for Corollas. Subsequently, after confirming the necessary work with the service manager, the vehicle was retained for a day.Following this, I received a call indicating that the repair was more extensive than initially anticipated and necessitated further attention, requiring them to retain the vehicle for an extended period. Due to the immediate need for my car, I informed them of my inability to leave it for an extended duration, prompting the dealership to reluctantly provide a loaner car. Despite the delay, it took two days for them to complete the repair.Regrettably, upon inspecting the vehicle upon its return, I observed that the fender was still protruding over the front driver's tire, mirroring the initial issue. In response, I promptly documented this discrepancy by capturing photographs, which I forwarded to my sales representative while also communicating the persisting issue over a phone call.

I have been disappointed in the past by my dealership experiences but didn't know the difference until I moved to Anaheim. Nobody treated me right until I went to Stadium Nissan. Go where people respect you. Pdriod. I do!

I bought a certified 2020 Nissan Sentra from Stadium Nissan this past October. I wasn't planning on car shopping and it had been a stressful few weeks since my previous car was totalled. I was in a rental Altima and knew I wanted a Nissan but tried a few other makes 1st. I came here to look at an Altima and to try a Sentra, and for me my bright blue Sentra is perfect. My sales woman Xochilth (pronounced "Sochi") was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I financed through Nissan and while I didn't really have time to line up my own financing, I think the price and terms were fair and Eduardo (I think) explained things and the process was efficient. Meanwhile, while I was doing the paperwork Ray at the dealership took care of my rental so I could just drive off in my new car. Overall, they made a stressful time easier and I am still in love with my car and get 3 free oil changes. The only downsides were that: 1. The 1st car I looked at had rashed wheels. I would think when the car went through its inspection that would be fixed. The car I bought is in great condition. 2. I wrote this review in December b/c it took six weeks to get my license plates and registration which was a pain as I couldn't use the Nissan app or apply for a toll road sticker until I had permanent plates. Whether this was the dealer, the registration service, DMV, or all 3, six weeks is a long time. I think if dealers worked directly with the DMV a few weeks could be shaved off.

Bait and switch dealership, they'll advertise for xx,xxx then force the "add ons" on you which are non existent on the car. Paint protection lol! Sorry but I detail cars and you have a lot of swirls in the paint. Doubt there's any paint protection. Don't waste your time here. Though our sales lady was very nice the manager was something else.

This has been the worst Nissan experience I have ever experienced. I got my car towed there to get fixed and I ended up not going through with the service due to the fact that there was a chance that Nissan wasn't gonna cover the charges of my alternator getting fixed and immediately the customer service changed and they were no longer friendly.I ended up going there to pick up my car and try to install the battery so I can move it off the property and they came out and told me "no you can't do that get a tow truck and move it off the premises" they were extremely rude and not helpful one bit. Once the tow truck arrived there was a car parked in front of my vehicle preventing it from being towed and one of the workers had the keys in hand and kept watching and locking the car and not moving it. All the workers watched and didn't help me one bit or offered to move the car. I do not recommend this place one bit and the worker who had called me on the phone was named Jovani.

I went in for a recall first on my fob. I have a key that retracts into the fob. Their fix was to make the key not retract but to lock it in place while out. Now, the key and fob is obnoxious, big and does not fit into my pocket or purse comfortably. They also found a laundry list of other maintenance issues costing about $5,000. I took it to my mechanic who said the repairs would cost less than $2 500. BYE, BYE Nissan

I brought my car for service and for an inspection. I do have to mention that an appointment is required before coming. I was assisted right away by Robert. He was friendly and I explained to him certain concerns and were noted. I was satisfied with the service and they were pretty quick, I was not waiting for hrs for my vehicle to be ready. Robert assisted explaining what else was needed to be done to my vehicle and what the cost would be. I definitely recommend Stadium Nissan. Also when I checked in for all my fellow yelpers, if you check in, you receive a FREE yes FREE tumbler.
