Had a great experience! Shawn was friendly and straight forward. I never felt forced or strong armed like you do at most dealerships or just dealing with salesmen in general. The deal went through very quickly and I love the car that I got, it is in very good condition. I financed my car and Shawn gave me many options as far as payment plans and working with me for what I could afford monthly. :)

I would not recommend this business. They are not honest and sold a vehicle with two fans broken they hid and unplugged the unit tucked away underneath the grill so it wasn’t visible. When we went to look at the car they knowingly sold us a warranty that would not cover, the fans I am now stuck with a $1400 bill to replace the fans. They also had no fluids to the vehicle oil was low. There is almost no coolant in the vehicle advantage of a young woman. I tried contacting the business and they were very rude and hung up on me.

I purchased a vehicle from this location. They said that they had the oil changed and the whole car gone through by their mechanic. They even showed receipts but None of the fluids were full. Everything was empty. The car overheated so I had my brother in law look under the hood and only to find that the two fans that cool the engine off were unplugged. It was tucked away, so it wasn't visible when we went to look at the car, the tries were very low on air the gas tank even was in empty. they knowingly sold us car and sold us a warranty, knowing that these fans would not be covered by the warranty I tried contacting the business and he was a complete jerk and said it's too bad you didn't look harder under the hood. I said it was tucked away so we couldn’t see that the fan was unplugged and now . If everything was plugged in the maintenance and check engine lights would’ve come on during the test drive.
I am stuck with a bill over 1400 to have the fans replaced. He was very rude and hung up on me. I would not recommend this business they took advantage of a young woman

I recently purchased a 2012 Genesis here in oc mall going to two weeks. The car has been very well maintained and is good shape, the only problem is that they sold it to me with a messed up evap canister, it automatically stops every time I put gas, it makes it very difficult to put gas can’t even put 30 dollars without it clicking 20 times, I ignored it thinking it was just that one certain pump but nope every pump I go to it’s always same problem and im annoyed now… I trusted Shawn and his partner they made the process of purchasing the vehicle very simple. I just wish they were totally honest with me, especially because they went to go pump the car minutes of me purchasing it. They did help me with a discount and even included 3 months warranty which it doesn’t cover. I liked the way they worked but I just wish they were completely honest with me with the problem.

Very happy with my experience here at OC Auto Mall. Shawn made our experience very convenient. He was very knowledgeable and detailed when it came to all my questions and concerns. I’d highly recommend OC Auto Mall to anyone. Shawn was outstanding!!! He responded quickly to my messages and when I told him I lived far, he offered to stay later so we could view a truck. He provided a great price and he had a locksmith on site to provide the ability to get a second set of keys. When I’m in store for another vehicle, I’ll be going here first.
