I have came to this salon since my old stylist moved here, and she's been nothing but a problem, if you go here DO NOT book with Cici Cormier, over the past months she has caused mishaps to my appointments, 1. She was an hour and a half late to my appointment because she chose to service a late client with extensions, 2. She tried to reschedule my appointment a week before Labor Day because she mismanaged her schedule with her kids, 3. TODAY 12/14 she tries to inform me a week before holidays she can no longer see me as she mismanaged her schedule again, a week before holidays is so unprofessional. So please if you're booking choose any other stylist...I'm so utterly disappointed will NEVER return here and advise everyone to steer clear !!!

I sent my wife here to get ombre. Sheena said she can't achieve it unless she sees her multiple times. I paid Approximately 1k in total for 2 visits. She is Scamming my wife with 3 different colors that aren't close to the pictures. And she wants her to go back. Unbelievable. She is stealing our hard earned money and didn't achieve a simple color change.

I feel bad for not leaving this review sooner but Sheena is the BEST!!! I have major anxiety about cutting my hair, it's totally a safety blanket for me and every time I've gone in to see her she does an amazing job and makes me feel so comfortable. I've never found a stylist that gets it right but she does a perfect job every single time. Thank you so much Sheena :)

I have been a part of the family of this Salon for over 12 years. So grateful I found it! Sheena is amazing! She is a kind and intuitive stylist....I have no concerns...she knows instinctively what style, coloring and length even gages the seasons in styling! She is an talented colorist I trust her completely! I feel so pampered and a girl needs that sometimes!!!

I visited the OC Hair Lounge for the first time a few days ago. I was referred by a friend of mine to get a facial from Brandi. I have had many facials over the last 30 years (over 100). I have many experiences under my belt, from the most luxurious at the Encore Spa in Las Vegas, to the most medicinal, at a dermatologist office. I have purchased packages at many local salons in search of the right fit for me. What is important to me is finding someone who helps me stay and feel young without pushing products and services. Brandi is by far the BEST esthetician I have had touch my face. This is why I feel that way: she was professional, knowledgable, skilled, and most importantly - helped me have a relaxing experience. To achieve all of those things at once is something I have not found in 30 years! Thank you Brandi - can't wait to see you for my next facial.

I had my hair cut by Ann. I felt like she did a rush job on my hair. After she was done blow drying i hair i brought it to her attention that my right side looked longer that the left side. She said it just looked that way because of the way she blow dried it. The drape kept falling off, and hair falling down my back inside of my overalls. I use to do hair for living several years ago, so i can tell the difference between a good and bad hair cut. I went home and cross checked my hair. And the layers in the back are shorter than the other side. I paid $55 for my haircut and I ended up with a rush haircut and uneven. Don't plan on returning. I guess I will go back to Cartels. At least there the hairstylist take their time with cutting your hair.

Sheena is amazing with customizing colors and glazes and cutting hair Mani does the most fabulous blow outs and styles! I got my hair color restored and a cut that is awesome ! Soooo happy!

My sister and I went to this beauty shop yesterday and we are both well-served. They have very friendly staff who knows what they are doing. We really enjoyed getting our hair cut in this beauty shop. The vibe of the whole place is very welcoming and relaxed. When we left, all of them said goodbye and wished us luck on our travels. Highly recommended!

A5 stars all the way to this tremendous beauty shop service. I never thought they would be this awesome and helpful for me. All of my worries were gone now! Their service was done professionally and it amazed me very much. No hidden charges compared to others! I need to come back because it's a good one. Superior!
