Joseph was extremely helpful and explained the BOGO deal clearly. It can get confusing, but he made sure I got it correct before going to the registers.
Edit: have been back since, Julia was a lot of help as well. Store was messy though, but while she was helping me she was doing her best to clean too

This review goes out for Stephanie, who was at the cash register when I purchased my son’s shoes. Provided such great customer service since the beginning, very friendly, had just a great attitude was very helpful, answered all my questions, was very patient with me. She also helped me purchase my son’s shoes online since it was not available in the store, she checked other stores for me since I needed them by Monday. She verified all my information and the size of the shoes. I’m a mom of 4 kids and money can be tight sometimes she was also kind enough to look up my information to see if I had any coupons or points and she did I had $10 of birthday coupon. Too me she literally went above and beyond. I left very happy and satisfied from the store. I don’t usually shop there but I will definitely be returning and referring my friends and family. Other staff members also helped with looking for shoes and sizes. Thank you Stephanie, I hope the manager is proud of having you as an employee. I would.
