Overall it's great to have this Outlet at the mall. But my only complaint is that the store is messy a lot and unless it is the holiday times it's very hit or miss with the items in the store. Sometimes there are selections are of abundance and other times entire sections of the store are empty. I just went there less than 2 weeks ago and the little girl section had less than 50% of the items on the shelves and racks. But the boys section was completely full.

Huge place, maybe too huge. Lots to look at, and I could have spent many hours there. Still, mostly good stuff at good prices. Probably need to visit more often.

My husband and I had been looking for old navy 4th of July t-shirts. We have been buying them for several years for our family. Every store we checked they did not have the sizes we needed. We finally went to your store in orange and got the BEST customer service from Fabian who went way beyond to help us and it was very much appreciated
