This review is long overdue, also this review is for the Service Department. Had a very good experience with Will, from making the appointment to dropping off my car, everything was explained AND the final invoice was exactly what he said it would be, very pleased!

Want to get treated like a dollar sign instead of a customer, welcome to Mazda of Orange. The know it all salesman Alec was irritated with me for reading through the contract before I signed. He kept huffing and puffing to the point I had to ask hin.."are you upset because I want to read what I'm signing?" The car i purchased is a 2021 pre-owned Mazda 6. A panel on the front of thre car popped up while I was inspecting the car with Alec. I showed him, and then I pushed it down and it stayed attached. The point is he was aware before I took the car. I guess the "bumper to bumper" warranty is just "a term" as Alec said today, because the refused to fix the panel, as it continues to pop up. They don't stand on their word or their warranty. I am a dissatisfied customer, and Mazda of Orange gives the Mazda brand a bad name. They will NEVER get my business again.

I added another mazda to my family this week. Adrien was my sales guy and gotta say I am impressed. He never pulled me around, I told him what I was willing to spend for the car and he made it happen. As per the usual that is where my perfect experience ended with Mazda. The moment I got the car home I noticed the roof was a mess and there was grease in globs scattered throughout the exterior. I needed to go back to get them a pink slip and my registration for loyalty discount so it wasn't inconvient to get them a second chance to clean the car. Their finance guy Steve really sold me hard on their quality of warranties and the professional level of their service center. He claimed they were making big strides to be like Mercedes but I just don't see it. I spent major money on a premium trim automobile and couldn't even surprise my wife with a clean vehicle. Very disappointed.Update, sitting here waiting for my car to be washed. Over an hour and I'm still waiting, this is why I don't want to do business with their service team! Love my new clean car though. Very excited for the wife to drive it to work for the first time tonight

Great buying experience. Found a car online and sent an email expressing interest in the vehicle. I was assigned Adrian as our salesperson. I showed up to the dealership an hour later than the appointment time due to traffic and rather than the running around trying to find the vehicle and a salesperson to help that I had experienced at other dealerships, the car was out front and Adrian was waiting for us. Took it for a test drive and all was as expected, no surprises. After the short (but usual) back and forth negotiations, we landed at a mutual deal and Adrian and the rest of the team had us out of there in no time. I highly recommend the dealership and ask for Adrian if you can. He went above and beyond for us.

There's a Mazda out there somewhere for you if that's what your looking for. As we found out after a disappointing experience at Mazda of Orange. Having given them my Buisness for the last three years they let me walk away . They made me feel like they were giving me the best deal possible. Nope! There are sweet deals out there people! Be patient and keep on looking there's a Mazda out there for everyone. And a good deal Mazda of orange is not the dealership your looking for.

We recently took our son's Certified Pre-Owned Mazda 3 to Mazda of Orange. The car needed to have injectors replaced as well as a system software upgrade installed to improve engine performance/efficiency.While we often "dread" the dealership sales and service experience due to wasted time, haggling, etc., we have nothing but good words to share about this dealership and its service department. They were professional, informative, and accommodating.It was a genuine pleasure interacting with Eric Badillo, one of the department managers, and even chatting with him about his hometown and other cities where he has worked -- all of which we've lived in or visited extensively on a regular basis. He is a straight-shooter -- which seems to be an increasing rarity in the automotive sales and service world.We STRONGLY recommend Mazda of Orange's service department, and no small part of that is due to the department's management and leadership approach as demonstrated by Eric Badillo and others on his team.

I had a great experience working with Mazda of Orange. I sent an inquiry online and was surprised to see such a quick response from Lucy, especially because it was after hours (I think around 11pm). I was able to schedule an appointment with her to meet with Grant the very next afternoon.When I met with Grant, he was able to answer all of the questions I had (and trust me, I had a lot). I test drove some vehicles and with his help, I was able to narrow down the selection to the CX-5. I also had some interaction with Lena, who was able to answer some additional questions I had such as the DMV one trip permits.If you're in the market to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Mazda of Orange. Had a great service appt with William Hamilton. He explained the benefits of the 2 year (5 services) coverage that includes road side assistance too. It works out to cheaper than paying for each oil change every time I come. Also the prices keep rising. The car oil change, maintenance check up was done in a timely manner. They send you a detailed technician's video and walk you through the service check up. William got me a LYFT ride to and from my house. He is a consummate professional. Very easy to work with, knowledgeable and courteous.

This is my 4th car purchased from Mazda of Orange. This purchase was the easiest and best from years past . Lena, my sales rep was A+. I explained what features i was and wasnt looking for. She found the perfect car within price range. She was not pushy, respectful of my budget and patient. And Bobby in finance was very professional. Could see by my extremely low annual miles he couldnt honestly sell me a maintenance plan that made sense. But, did give me a great deal on extended warranty based on me planning to keep this car many years, and, how cars are made and expensiive to repair, i got a great deal on an extended warranty. Most importantly, I declined the antitheft system. He said since I park in car port and other threats he gave me the antitheft for free! Very caring. Before I left, the Dealership Manager came out to thank me for my business. Top notch!I forgot to mention a main reason I also stick with Mazda of Orange is due to Erik in Service Dept. He is very caring and trusting. He always makes sure my car is done right the first time, ON TIME and honors any verbal sales agreements without question. Hes the BEST!

ok the whole selling your car process is so difficult and annoying but Kaci made it easy and enjoyable if you ever need to trade in a vehicle or come to Mazda of Orange I 100% recommend her!

Having car issues and needing repairs is never fun. But I had a great experience and by far the best one at any dealership getting maintenance done at the Mazda of Orange. 90% of that was working with Paisley, she made the ordeal that is having to take your vehicle in and use a loaner car for a few days seamless. The Mazda in a Temecula which is nearest to me, takes 3 weeks to book an appointment and tells you they will have it 5 days after you drop it off just to start looking at it. You also wont get a loaner car from them. None of that nonsense with Paisley at Mazda at Orange. She helped ensure I would have a loaner vehicle and my car was ready in a couple of days. They had to order parts and worked directly with my warranty so I didn't have to. She also texted me throughout the process and let me know the other findings from the inspection and helped answer any questions I had. Eventhough I live over an hour away, I know where I'm going when my Mazda needs service. Thank you Paisley and everyone who helped, it was truly a great experience!

I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my new car at Mazda at Orange all thanks to Gabino and the lovely staff at this location. I called numerous Mazda dealerships within a 200 mile radius and it was clear right away how transparent and honest Gabino was with me from the very beginning. He went above and beyond when explaining everything to me and I truly valued the honest communication we had since our first conversation. Gabino's genuine interest to assist me, be fair, kind, get me the best deal and his overall thoughtfulness to the littlest details when making sure I was all set before leaving are just a few of the many reasons I decided to make the trip from Los Angeles to Orange. Bobby, one of finance managers I met, was equally as kind and took the time to answer any questions. Not once did he make me feel like I had to rush through the paperwork and really enjoyed chatting with him. It's officially one day being the owner of my CX-30 and I've been recommending Mazda at Orange to all my friends and family that are in the market for a new car. As others have mentioned, I have found my forever Mazda dealership! Overall, please do yourself a huge favor and ask for Gabino for your Mazda needs as he truly made my beginning to end experience a really special one. Due to an accident I had to buy a new car, and in the end it all worked out! I was in the market for a small SUV with all wheel drive, and when I stumbled upon the Mazda CX 5 I fell in love. Yesenia took great care of me, and it was only her second day! She was so friendly and fun to chat with and she really understood my concerns and worked hard with me on a better price point! Proud to be a Mazda owner!
