Just now got a tow from Pedro and ran straight to Google to get his review in. The best towing service I have experienced by far, he went above and beyond, and really helped us out when we needed it. Orange towing service will not leave you disappointed.

Thank you Orange Towing and driver Miguel for quick and professional service!! After being stranded for 3 hours on the 91 freeway at rush hour this company (the 4th one dispatched by AAA) showed up in 20 minutes. The other three were terrible (see my other reviews for the names).

Good Sam left me stranded for 8 hours! Finally, Orange Towing picked up the call and towed me safely home. Bad show Good Sam , Great show Orange Towing.

The person in the office that took my call was very helpful and accommodating! Pedro showed up to get my car. He was so nice and we had a really pleasant conversation on the way to my destination. I will no doubt call them again if I need another tow!

Orange towing was sent to me through Triple A. I needed assistance because my car wouldn't start- which ended up just being my wheel censor and a charge on my battery. My tower was not supposed to tow my car with my back wheels still on the ground. My car has NEVER been towed that way, it's simply not suppose to but he did. Due to Orange Towing's irresponsibility and poor job towing- when we arrived to my house and the tower got in my car and started driving it, the brakes caught on fire. He let my back tire burn for minutes, asking me for buckets of water--- it wasn't until my third trip outside he thought to look for the fire extinguisher. After the fire was out- he called his supervisor and said somebody will be coming by the next day and will be in contact with us. Of course, none of that was true. I finally get a hold of them about two weeks later- and they tell me there's no way to prove it was their fault. Even though my brakes that they ruined were brand new and just repaired three months before. On my receipt it shows what was wrong before needing orange towing and what all the damages they gave me because they sat there and let my car burn. I think this company is a joke, they had the audacity to tell me it was a freak accident....... But in person when it happened the tower seemed worried and in such a hurry to leave. He lied about somebody coming back to help me. If triple Aaa sends orange towing to you, just cancel it. Untrained. Unprofessional. A whole joke. The towers and management. Only care to protect themselves even when they fuck up

I got a flat tire and Luis picked me up so fast. It might have been my location but it was the quickest road side assistance I’ve ever received. Luis car also called smelled good and the AC was cool. I know if I’m ever stranded or need help in Orange who I am gonna call.
