This is the right environment and coaching for your weekly fitness and development. They are try-hard welcomers and encouraging. I love that, the group setting, and the great music. This is a go-to for those looking for motivation and structure in their fitness routine.

I love OTF. And this comes from someone who despises working out and has done everything under the sun (Peloton, BODi, Tempo, Insanity, TurboFire, Pilates, gym, etc. )but burns out on all of it. OTF has given me results, it’s fun, does the job and I’m done. The coaches are awesome, the community is welcoming and I truly look forward to it. I got sick for 3 weeks and couldn’t go, I was surprised how much I missed it. Highly recommended!!

If you already have a cardio workout, this might not be for you. I didn't care for the rowing machine or the treadmill. The session I attended starts with 20 minutes of rowing, then 20 minutes of free weights, and ended with 20 minutes on the treadmill. The class moves fast with directions being yelled out to increase or decrease intensity. If you haven't trained on free weights in the past, don't do it! You want to practice proper form, and the coach doesn't help you, although they say "call us over." It moves too fast for any spot help. Absolutely not for beginners! You don't want injuries. Since I already have a cardio plan that includes outdoor running and hiking, this wasn't for me. If they had offered proper training on the free weights, I would have joined.The people there are nice, and they don't push you to join. They understand it's not for everyone.

Good location I come about 2 time a month the younger ladies at intake in the front are inviting & comforting & coaches Gris & Kiley make the experience that much better ! Great team

This is my first month at Orange Theory, and I absolutely love it. The format of the workout is challenging but manageable. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, the trainers know how to differentiate the workouts to fit your needs. I’ve worked out with Mark, Jill, and Lakana and they’re all so kind and helpful. I genuinely look forward to working out now, which has never been case. The music is awesome, too! Highly recommend.

I have been a member for 5+ years and going strong. The coaches are amazing. Mark, Cassie, Haley are some of the faves and bonus motivators. 710 crew in the mornings is awesome. I never thought I would have meet so many new friends. this one hour hard-hitting workout is amazing. It's a great way to start your day. And it's only 1 hour. You can do anything for an hour. The challenges are awesome. And it constantly changes. Give it a go!

Orangetheory is a great place to workout because the workouts change everyday. You never know what to expect and this keeps things fresh and exciting. I'm seriously addicted. Also, one of the best part of Orangetheory is its community from the members to the coaches to the friendly SA's. Everyone is nice and welcoming.

I have been a member of Orangetheory Fitness of Orange studio since 2016. My husband and I tried our first class during Hell week and we were hooked immediately. This is the BEST workout and most inviting studio with truly the BEST coaches Ever! I have two of my all time favorite coaches, Coach Mark and Coach Haley, they push and motivate you while cheering you on! I couldn’t say enough about them or this studio!!!

Orange Theory Fitness is a great place to exercise! Workouts are always different and challenging. All the Coaches there are great! Mark, Rocco, Lakana, Haley, and Casi!! It has been one of the best choices I’ve made. I usually don’t like the Gym or membership, but I feel accomplished every time I finish a work out. It’s exiting how my body is transforming and the energy boost I get from working out! The music is great and the whole staff are friendly! Thank you OTF!!!

I've been going to OTF Orange since it opened in 2016 and I am still loving the workout as much as the day I joined.When I joined, I was out of shape after taking a very long break (having babies, work, etc) from any regular type of exercise. Thanks to OTF, I am in better shape now in my mid/late 40s than I was in high school or college. It is never too late to prioritize your health!I love that OTF offers classes at 5am. It's the only time that works with my schedule and I am in and out in one hour. Prior to OTF, if I exercised at all, I only ran, did the elliptical machine, or the occasional insanity or tae bo videos. Lol. I had no clue as to what weight exercise to do and didn't even know where to begin. I didn't want to lift heavy because I thought I would get bigger. I had never been on the rower and did not know how to row. OTF programming makes the workout a no brainer - just show up and you get a great full body workout with the coaches telling you exactly what to do. OTF is nationwide and by joining, I've worked out in Northern California, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Vegas, Florida and the greater Atlanta area. OTF makes it easy to get your workout in even if you are traveling. My favorite studio by far is this Orange location. I love it for the people - the coaches, the girls in the front, and the members. My favorites are Haley and Mark. They take the time to talk to all the members in the class and call them out by name during class. I love their energy, their passion, and their music! They motivate me everyday. If you are thinking about joining or just trying a class out, do it! No regrets - you will get your butt whipped in shape and it will only take an hour per day.

Visiting from Northern California and had a great experience checking into this center. Apple Maps took me to Walmart but checking online I noticed the gym was next to Panda Express and found the gym easily. The staff were great and the workout definitely had me sweating. Thank you for the warm hospitality and clean gym.

Orange Theory in Orange has the most empowering and generous coaches! As a dancer who's performing throughout the week, not only has OT helped me with my strength and aesthetic goals, but I've made connections with countless friends and coaches that have become a second family. I have introduced mom, dad, grandma and roommates to Orange Theory and am on my way to 300 classes! Haley, Mark, Cassie, and Jill have all mentored me with their fantastic and personable coaching- It has truly helped me become the most confident version of myself... inside and out!

Orangetheory was one the best decisions I decided to make when I decided to make a change for my health. OTF has made me truly appreciate my heart health and I am so grateful for all the coaches here because they really make you push yourselves to make that positive change. They're all so motivating and kind and they make you want to do it for you! Shout out to Casi, Haley, Lakana, Mark, and Kiley for the extra push!! Also shoutout to the nicest front desk for remembering each and everyone of us
