Zero star experienceIf you value your time, and your health, avoid this urgent care at all costs.Second time coming here, will not be returning. Came in on a Friday at 11 to an empty lobby and still waited about two hours before having to leave and schedule an appt for the next day. While waiting in lobby I watched one of the doctors installing/reinforcing file cabinets joking about how he’s a doctor and how it would be funny if he got hurt doing this. Their reasoning for wait was that they did not have any rooms available and I even offered to be seen out in the lobby since all they do is listen to your lungs and write a prescription. With appt expect to be waiting atleast 30 min before vitals are taken.During appt provider did not verify pharmacy and sent to wrong one, then did not make the correction when addressed immediately. I had to call back Monday 3 times to get the provider to resend prescription to find out they did not send all prescriptions. It is now Tuesday and the provider is not in the office to resolve this issue and now I’m left with driving three cities over to previous pharmacy to pick up other prescriptions after confirming with office where they sent them.I was diagnosed with pneumonia, I was seen Saturday, it’s now Tuesday. There is no excuse for this unprofessionalism.

Terrible. Bad attitudes at the front desk; incompetent, and very unhelpful. Every exchange is met with disdain and you get treated poorly. The worst part is they don't listen, and then they get confrontational when you have to repeat yourself. Also - If you're a patient, you can't use the urgent care. I don't recommend.

Been going to this place for a few years now. Walked right up and was greeted nicely by a familiar face. Provided insurance and copay, etc. Waited for 15 mins or so before being called. Dr. Lu listened to my ailments and symptoms. During our discussion, I realized that he reviewed my health history prior to his walking into the room. Didn't feel rushed. Within 2 minutes, I received my prescription, and out the door I went. Happy customer!

Dr Luu and his staff are top notch. They are thorough, meticulous and always follow through. Everything I am looking for in the team who are overseeing my healthcare needs. Strongly recommended.

Incompetent doctors on site. Doctor was not “comfortable” prescribing me my insulin because she doesn’t know anything about diabetes. Her own words. Terrible experience. Will not ever be returning. What kind of doctor denies a type1 diabetic his insulin?

Went into this urgent care blindly because of its location being right by my work. The staff was nice, dr lu was very caring. And the medical assistant, nurse assistant, and him sat and talked into detail with me about my issue. I went back for a follow up after they referred me to the ER. I had lab work done and they called me 3 days later with my results. Everyone at the front desk is very polite. I am going back to him for my next appt.

The woman in charge at the front window must have forgotten this is a professional setting. She had a very bad attitude and was very rude and disrespectful! Who ever is in charge should replace her with someone who has more experience. Especially since this is the first person you will be coming into contact with when you walk in through that door. I like to apologize to the hard working people at this urgent care due to one person's behavior.

Dr. Lu and every member of the staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They’ve been so helpful addressing my health concerns, I would even say they’ve been more helpful and had a better sense of urgency and concern than most hospitals I’ve visited. The new office location is extremely clean and well ran. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you Dr. Lu and staff!

Went to this care facility on Monday for serious cold symptoms. They wanted to take a Covid test first which turned out to be negative. They prescribed Z-Pak which I felt better in a few days. on the 4th day I developed the worst sinus infection ever. Made an appointment and got in this morning, I was asked to get a Covid test before arriving. I got into the examination room fairly quickly. Was greeted by the assistant to take vitals. Super nice and asked all the question you would expect. She left and about 10 minutes later the door opened, in the doorway stood 2 ladies in white coats. One of the ladies said she doesn't feel comfortable entering the room. Never introduced themselves, I volunteered that I took a covid test (they didn't ask) before arriving as well as two other times during the week with the first time being Monday right here. (Very strange first meeting) They entered the room and she asked me what's was going on and I started the story beginning with Monday and the Z-pak helped. She immediately says "Well, that's more than I would have done" I was startled with that reply, I paused not knowing if she wanted me to continue or not. I shortened my story from that point. She didn't ask me any other symptom type questions and immediately said sternly, she would not be prescribing any other medication. Well, I didn't ask for medication but a clearly stated I came for medical help as I was feeling awful and taking Tylenol every 4-hours for the last 48 hours. Once again and repeated herself that she doesn't believe in prescribing additional medication. She said maybe one of other medical providers might prescribe something but not her. I asked, "what does she suggest"? 7 days of rest and it will go away eventually and maybe some over the counter medication would help. I asked her if I get worse does she suggest for me to go to the ER? She says, fine then walks out the door. The other girl in the white coat must have been an intern of some type but I don't really know as that was not explained. I could tell she felt uncomfortable with this exchange. The intern asked me to wait in the lobby for discharge papers, when I received them, it says I was seen by Laura Rigby and I noticed at the bottom she had a prescription for Amoxicllin. This was the strangest medical appointment ever. Don't see Laura Rigby, the doctor or want-to-be doctor. The worst bed side manor ever. If you can't enter a room with a patient who needs help, then you shouldn't be in the medical field. She is very odd. Pacific Urgent Care has been the go-to for years, never a problem. Why would someone decide to put an intern with Laura Rigby is beyond me. I highly suggest asking if you're going to see a doctor or a nurse practitioner. If they say Laura Rigby, beware.... I suggest running as fast as you can.

Came to get my ankle looked to make sure I didn't fracture it, arrived at 4:35pm, (didn't know they closed at 5pm) the door was locked I looked at the front desk girls just looked at me and then looked away. I stood there for a min. and then they looked again and I asked if they were open and they said no. It's 4:35pm of the door says 5pm why are they turning me away.. they didn't even bother coming to the door to tell me just shook her head and looked away... they need better customer service, and if the door says 5pm for closing I would still expect to be seen.

This is a good last resort place and at the time of your visit, they seem thorough and knowledgeable. But after they promised to call me with test results we are now a day late. So not reliable in that regard. So after every seemingly promising visit I am ultimately disappointed.

Took my husband in this morning to the clinic with reports of fever, chills, body-aches, cough, headache and nasal congestion. Before I explaine what happened let me just say, My husband is obviously a Hispanic gentleman, dark skinned, black hair dark eyes, there is no mistaking him for anything else. I was born and raised here, speak perfect English, excellent ppo insurance, and am employed by the state. So the doctor (white lady), and her assistant (Mexican lady) came into the room and without even examining him ask him "when did you come from mexico," and then proceeded to say "your probably not fully vaccinated." She handed him a paper and said go to the ER you have meningitis. What a bunch of BS. This place and there doctors are idiots. I went to Clineva Urgent Care on Katella was seen within 30 minutes and diagnosed with acute sinusitis and bronchitis, prescribed antibiotics and steroids. Don't go to this place they are a bunch of dumbass racists.

9 days ago I called bc I had Covid and was experiencing some nausea and vomiting (also needed an antibiotic for a bacterial infection caused by Covid). A few days prior I had been to the ER bc I was non stop vomiting for a day and a half. While the nausea and vomiting had stopped for a few days, something triggered it to start again. The doctor, Dr. Stevenson, did not want to prescribe me either of the nausea medications I had been given at the hospital, one of which was an anti-histamine named Phenergan and other other being Zofran. Zofran is a first line of defense medication used at the hospital. They told me it while at the ER with my discharge instructions that I could double the dose if I needed to "bc it is the safest drug in the world." When I asked if I could take 3x as much they said I could but that I might as well try it with Phenergan first. Dr. Stevenson gave me an antibiotic, 4 doses of Zofran, none of Phenergan, a lecture on how bad they are for me, and told me to get real ginger ale. I don't even like ginger and I can't imagine how choking down some ginger ale (especially when I don't like the taste) is going to stop severe nausea and vomiting. Also, I called at 9AM and they said a doctor would call me back. I should have been put in line after whoever showed up for the hour they were open before I called. Instead, I waited for hours, finally calling at 2PM to say there is no way that they had 5 hours of patients ahead of me and they agreed and said a doctor would call me back soon, and finally the doctor did. Also, when I asked for Zofran ODT (orally disintegrating tablets) he asked me what I meant and I told him that and he said "I didn't even think of that."
